Black dyed bristles for export This standard applies to black dyed bristles for export.
1.1 Color: Full black after dyeing black, without streaks. . After washing, wet wiping will not remove floating color;
b. After drying, dry wiping will not remove floating color;
c. Soaking in 100℃ boiling water will not fade;
d. Gasoline will not fade,
e. White paint (except white quick-drying paint) will not fade when brushing furniture. 1.2 The bristles are elastic.
No hooks in the bristles, the bristles are straight.

3.1 There shall be no other animal hair in the bristle handle.
There shall be no sand or dirt on the bristle strip.
4 Sanitary conditions
There shall be no parasite eggs.
4.2 There shall be no anthrax.
5 Inspection methods

5.1 Quality and specification inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB821587 "Export bristle inspection methods" 5.2 Anthrax inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBX09010-86 "Export livestock products anthrax inspection methods". 6 Packaging conditions
After sorting and bundling, the bristles shall be wrapped with paper printed with product name, length and other marks. 6.1
6.2 Use a sturdy wooden box or carton, lined with moisture-proof paper, arrange the bristles in order and put them into the box, and apply insect repellent. 6.3 Net weight of each box (including paper ring): 50kg for wooden boxes and 25kg for carton. 6.4 The box is wrapped with iron or plastic waists, and the box is clearly marked in Chinese and English.
