This revision incorporates the shapes and sizes of grinding wheels, small grinding wheels, grinding heads, grinding stones, and grinding tiles that originally belonged to GB2485-84, GB2486-84, GB2487-84, and GB2488-84 into this standard. This standard will replace GB4127-84 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools. The drafting unit of this standard: Baige (Group) Co., Ltd. The drafters of this standard: Yang Baolin and Ma Jianyong. This standard was first issued in 1984.
