This standard applies to cold-rolled strips, cold-drawn wires, hot-rolled (forged) raw materials and steel materials of iron-cobalt-vanadium soft magnetic alloys 1 to 22 with high saturation magnetic induction.
1 Dimensions and appearance
1.1 Dimensions
The dimensions and allowable deviations of the alloy materials shall comply with the provisions of Article 1. In case of special requirements for dimensions, the supplier and the buyer shall agree on the requirements. Table 1

The shape of the alloy material shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T15001 General Rules for Dimensions, Shapes, Surface Quality, Test Methods and Inspection Rules for Soft Magnetic Alloys (approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 4, 1994 and implemented on May 1, 1994).
2 Technical requirements

2.1 Grade and Chemical Composition
The grade and chemical composition of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. When the magnetic properties of the alloy comply with the provisions of Table 3, the chemical composition is allowed to deviate from the range specified in Table 2.

The alloy is smelted in a vacuum induction furnace:
2.3 Delivery condition
The alloy is delivered without heat treatment.
2.4 Magnetic properties

The properties of the alloy sample after heat treatment shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. If there are special requirements for the magnetic properties of the alloy, the supply and demand parties shall agree. Table 3
