This standard is a revision of JB/T78624-1995 "Friction Plates for Cutter Bars of Agricultural Machinery". Compared with B/T78624-1995, the main technical contents of this standard have been changed as follows: 1. Added IV and V friction plates;
2. The technical requirements, inspection rules, and contents of marking, packaging, transportation and storage have been adjusted. This standard replaces JB/T78624-1995 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Agricultural Machinery Standardization. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: China Agricultural Mechanization Science Research Institute, Shandong Liangshan Machinery General Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Zhou Chunlin, Li Zhiqing, Gao Yuzhu. This standard specifies the main structural features, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of friction plates for agricultural machinery cutters (hereinafter referred to as friction plates). This standard applies to friction plates for agricultural machinery cutters. Referenced Standards

3 Types and basic dimensions

3.1 Friction plates are divided into five types:
Type I: applicable to Type I cutters;
Type II: applicable to Type IIII cutters;
Type III: composed of upper and lower friction plates, applicable to Type V cutters; Type IV: applicable to Type IV cutters;
Type V: including Va and Vb friction plates, applicable to Type VI cutters. 3.2 The basic type and size of the friction plate shall comply with the provisions of Figures 1 to 5. 3.3 Marking examples

4 Technical requirements

4.1 Friction plates shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2I and II type friction plates shall be manufactured with T9 steel specified in GB/T1298; 65Mn steel is allowed to be manufactured with a hardness of 50~58HRC. II type friction plates shall be manufactured with HT150 cast iron not lower than that specified in GB/T9439, and there shall be no shrinkage cavities and sand holes on the machined surface. The lower friction plate may also be manufactured with Q235 steel not lower than that specified in GB/T700. IV and V friction plates are made of 45 steel specified in GBT699 or other materials with mechanical properties not lower than that, with a hardness of 44~52HRC. 4.3 The friction plate should be coated with rust inhibitor.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
5.1.1 Inspection items and indicators shall be determined in accordance with the technical requirements, product drawings or order contracts specified in this standard. 5.1.2 Mass-produced friction plates shall pass the inspection and shall be accompanied by product certificates. 5.1.3 Friction plates shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall be fully inspected for appearance, and sampling inspections of dimensions, materials and mechanical properties shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GBT2828. The specific inspection plan shall be carried out in accordance with the secondary normal inspection sampling plan specified in GB 2828, and the qualified quality level (AQL) shall be 4.0.
5.2 Final inspection
Friction plates shall be subject to final inspection by the manufacturer's quality inspection department according to the order contract. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The manufacturer's trademark and model shall be forged, cast or punched on the friction plate. 6.2 Friction plates shipped separately shall weigh no more than 5kg per package. 6.3 The outside of the package shall be marked with:
a) Friction plate name, model and quantity;
b) Weight;
c) Manufacturer's name;
d) Product standard number:
e) Factory number and factory date;
f) Storage and transportation mark.
6.4 The manufacturer's product inspection certificate shall be attached to the package. 6.5 Measures shall be taken to prevent loss or damage during transportation and loading and unloading. 5 Measures shall be taken to prevent rust and damage during storage. 6.6

4 Technical requirements
