Notice on the release of the national standard "Railway Passenger Station Building Design Code"
Construction Standard [1995] No. 632
According to the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. [1987] 2390, the "Railway Passenger Station Building Design Code" jointly formulated by the Ministry of Railways and relevant departments has been reviewed by relevant departments. The "Railway Passenger Station Building Design Code" GB5022695 is now approved as a mandatory national standard and will be implemented from May 1, 1996. The Ministry of Railways is responsible for the management of this code, the Ministry of Railways' Third Survey and Design Institute is responsible for the specific interpretation, and the Ministry of Construction's Standard and Quota Research Institute is responsible for organizing the publication and distribution. 1 General provisions
This specification is formulated to ensure that the architectural design of railway passenger stations meets the basic requirements of safety, applicability and hygiene.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the architectural design of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of standard gauge national railway passenger stations.
1.0.3 In addition to determining the scale of railway passenger station buildings (hereinafter referred to as station buildings) according to the long-term passenger volume of the design year, it is advisable to reserve room for expansion. Station passenger buildings that are easy to expand can be built in stages.
1.0.4 The building scale of railway passenger stations shall be divided into four levels according to the maximum number of passengers (hereinafter referred to as the maximum number of passengers) in accordance with Table 1.0.4. Classification of building scale of railway passenger stations
