20||tt 780 | 4.1.3 After the heavy box falls freely from a height of 1.5m, the box must not be loose, and the box cover must not be separated from the box. 4.2 Basic requirements for box structure
4.2.1 Box material, structure and technology
4.2.1.1 The box should be composed of inner, middle and outer layers. The thickness of the outer steel plate is 1.5mm, and the connection should be electric welded or steam welded. The weld should be flat and smooth. 4.2.1.2 The middle layer is padded with aluminum silicate refractory fiber felt, 30mm thick. The lining should evenly and firmly fix the position of the padding to prevent sinking after long-term use.
4.2.1.3 The inner layer should be made of pine, fir or other equivalent materials, and the thickness of the bottom and cover of the box should not be less than 20mm. The selected boards should be dried, the moisture content should not be greater than 15%, and there should be no knots, decay and cracks. Both sides of the box board should be planed, and the sample ports should be connected. There should be no metal objects protruding from the inner surface of the wooden box.
4.2.1.4 Use steel parts to wrap the corners of the outer iron box, and use compression bars or flat steel bars to increase the strength of the box. 4.2.1.5 There should be a chute at the lid of the box, and the heat-insulating material should be fixed in the groove to ensure that the mouth is tightly sealed after the lid is added. 4.2.1.6 There should be handles and locking and sealing devices at both ends or sides of the box to facilitate loading, unloading, lifting, and transportation. 4.2.1.7 For type B and type A-1 and A-2 safes, there must be a fork slot at the bottom of the box to facilitate forklift operation. 4.2.2 Box logo
4.2.2.1 The front of the box should be sprayed with the logo 1 "Explosives" in GB190 "Dangerous Goods Packaging Marks"; the logo 1 "Caution" in GB191 "Packaging, Storage and Transportation Pictorial Marks" Put", sign 3 "up" and sign 7\afraid of getting wet". The size and other requirements of the logo should comply with the provisions of relevant standards.
The manufacturer and the year, month and day are spray-painted on the lower right side of the front of the box. The unified number and user code of the transport department in charge should be spray-painted on the middle position of the front of the box. The number font and font size are selected by the designer 4.2.2.3
according to the size of the box, and the text must be clear and obvious. 4.2.3 Cabinet color
The cabinet is grass green. Spray anti-rust primer on the outer surface of the box first, and then spray grass green paint. Spray paint evenly. 4.2.4 When the safe adopts other structures and materials, it must meet the technical requirements specified in Chapter 3 and obtain the consent of the transportation department. 5 Verification test items and requirements
The same sample should be used for each test and no less than 3 pieces should be used. 5.1 Thermal Insulation and Fire Resistance Performance Test
Thermal Insulation and Fire Resistance Performance Test is designed to measure the thermal insulation performance of the safe in an emergency state of fire to prevent the contents from exploding when exposed to high temperatures.
The test is allowed to be conducted in empty boxes. During the test, the box is placed in the test furnace, electrical sensors are inserted into the bottom, sides and upper positions of the box, the test probe is fixed inside the box, and the other end of the sensor is connected to a special digital display. Raise the temperature according to the "fire temperature time" specified in Table 2. After 20 minutes, test the temperature inside the box. The fire resistance test method refers to the relevant regulations of GB7633. 5.2 Free drop test
The purpose of the free drop test is to verify the box structure and sealing strength as well as the ability to protect the contents. A heavy box is used during the test, and substitutes are allowed to be placed in the box. The total weight of the box shall not exceed 200kg. The drop receiving surface should be made of steel plate or hard cement floor. The difference between any two points should not exceed 2mm. The area should be large enough to ensure that the test sample completely falls on the impact surface. The drop height is calculated from the upper part of the receiving surface to the lowest point of the lifted box bottom, which is 1.5m. Drop once on each of the corners, edges and bottom of the box. The drop test method should comply with the relevant regulations of GB4857.5. 5.3 Withstand pressure test
GB2702-90
The purpose of the pressure test is to verify whether the structural strength of the box meets the pressure experienced during stacking and loading during transportation. During the test, the box will be flat according to the transportation state. Place it on the test bench and pressurize it according to the predetermined amount. The stacking test method shall comply with the provisions of GB4857.3 or GB4857.16. || tt | a.

When the product leaves the factory, a comprehensive assessment of product quality should be carried out. Products that meet the standard technical requirements can only be shipped after attaching a certificate of conformity. 6.3Other inspections
If the ordering department or transportation department requires the product to be inspected together with the manufacturer, the inspection items and quantities shall be determined through negotiation between the parties involved. 7 Judgment Rules
If all technical conditions of the inspected products meet the provisions of this standard, the batch of products can be judged as qualified. If one of the inspected products is unqualified, the sampling inspection must be doubled; if the re-inspection still fails, the entire batch of the product will be considered unqualified. Products that are not accepted after inspection can be re-submitted for acceptance after being renovated by the manufacturer. 8 Packaging and Storage
The packaging of the safe when it leaves the factory shall be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. Safes should be kept and inspected during use, and should be inspected or scrapped regularly.
