6.1 Inspection classification
6.1.1 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: 6. 1. 1. 1
The first production or trial production of the product in the factory; tr
After normal production, if there are major changes in materials and processes, which may affect product performance; during normal production, after regular or accumulated production; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d.
IN·75B

When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the first type inspection. e.
6.1.1.2 The type inspection of the product includes all the indicators specified in the standard and other indicators proposed by the user. 6.1.2 Final inspection
For products of one inspection batch, all the indexes in the standard shall be inspected at the same time. If the inspection batch is less than one, it shall be inspected as one batch of products.
6.2 Batch rules
6.2.1 The products of one brand produced under continuous normal production conditions shall be regarded as one production batch. When the raw materials or production process change, batches shall be compiled.
6.2.2 For products of the same production batch, every 5 pieces shall be a test batch. If the number is less than 50 pieces, it shall also be used as a test batch. 6.3 Sample specification
6.3.1 Type sampling
GB/T 2994-94
For each test batch, 2 pieces shall be randomly sampled (the sampling interval shall not be less than 10 pieces), and 21k% shall be sampled each time. The samples shall be divided into 5kg by the original cone μ dividing method or the two dividers, and the two samples shall be mixed and evenly mixed as the test sample. 6.3.2 Sampling shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB5024, 2. 6. 4 Judgment rules
6.4.1 When one of the test results does not meet the standard, two re-test samples shall be taken according to the provisions of 6.3.2 to re-test the unqualified index.
6.4.2 When the results of the two re-test samples meet the standard, the batch of products is judged to be qualified, otherwise it is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate 7.1 The packaging bag (barrel) must be marked with the product name, brand, net weight, shelf life, production date, moisture-proof mark and manufacturer name. 7.? The packaging bag (barrel) must be moisture-proof. The packaging weight of each bag (barrel) shall be determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties. 7.3 The transportation vehicle shall be clean Clean, with rain and driving protection facilities. 7.4 Pay attention to moisture-proof when purchasing and storing, and it is strictly forbidden to mix with other impurities. 7.5 When a batch of products is sent out, it must be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the technical supervision department, stating the supplier's business name or trademark, the purchaser's name, standard number, product name, brand. Batch number, physical and chemical index test results, shelf life, production period and delivery period. Additional notes:
This standard was drafted by the Wuhan Metallurgical Construction Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. In addition, the Hunan Liling Unshaped Refractory Material Factory and the Pingdingshan Refractory Slurry Factory participated in the drafting.
The main drafters of this standard are Wang Changqing and Su Boping. The standard level of this standard is marked as GB/T2994--94 Y
