3.1.1 According to the impeller structure, they can be divided into: open, semi-open, and closed. 3.1.2 According to the sealing form, they can be divided into: single-end face and double-end face seals. 3.2 Model representation
Models are compiled in accordance with the provisions of QB/T1823 and in combination with product features. Y
3.3 Flow range: 1~120kL/h.

4.1 Sanitary pumps shall be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of this standard and the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The temperature of the fluid material transported by the sanitary pump shall be lower than 80℃ and the viscosity shall be less than 1.4Pa·s. 4.3
Main parts materials shall comply with the provisions of GB12073. Closed
4.4 The welds in contact with the material shall be machined to remove slag, oxide scale and splash particles, and the surface roughness R. value shall not exceed 3.2μm. 4.5 The pump cavity shall be subjected to a water pressure test for sealing. No leakage shall be allowed within the prescribed test pressure time. 4.6 The impeller shall be statically balanced, and its static balance tolerance shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The weight removal is at the edge of the blade. Table 2
