3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Appearance: Brown solid

4.1 Determination of sodium disulfonate (dioxon) content 4.1.1 Summary of method
After the sodium disulfonate (dioxon) sample is separated and extracted by silica gel plate, the absorbance of sodium disulfonate (dioxon) in sodium sulfite solution is determined at a wavelength of 435nm.
4.1.2 Reagents and instruments
Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 1, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993
Sodium disulfonate (dioxon) standard sample: known content; HG2317-92
Sodium sulfite (HG3-1078) solution: analytical grade, 25.2g/LDimethylformamide: analytical grade;
Chloroform (GB682): analytical grade;
Methanol (GB683): analytical grade;
Ammonium hydroxide (GB631): analytical grade;
Silica gel G: for thin layer chromatography;
Visible spectrophotometer;
Sand core funnel G4 (or Buchner funnel);
Chromatography cylinder.
4.1.3 Preparation of silica gel plate
Weigh 12g silica gel G, stir with 26-28mL distilled water to make a paste, evenly spread on a 10cm×20cm glass plate that has been cleaned and wiped with anhydrous ethanol, dry it in an oven, activate it at 120℃ for 1h, and cool it in a desiccator for later use. 4.1.4 Preparation and determination of solution
Weigh 0.050.1g (accurate to 0.0002g) of sodium disulfone standard sample and test sample (containing about 50mg of active ingredient) respectively, dissolve them in two 10mL brown volumetric flasks with dimethylformamide and make up to the mark as mother solution. Use a 0.1mL microsyringe or pipette to draw 0.1mL of mother solution respectively, and evenly spot the sample 2cm from one end of the prepared silica gel plate to form a narrow straight line. After the solvent evaporates, place the thin plate upright in a chromatography cylinder containing a mixed developing agent of chloroform + methanol + ammonia = 75 + 25 + 2 (V/V) and pre-filled with saturated steam. The thin plate is immersed in the developing agent about 0.5 to 1cm deep. When the front edge of the developing agent reaches 15 to 16cm, take out the thin plate and place it in a cool place to dry. Scrape off the yellow band with an Rf value of about 0.40, wash with sodium sulfite solution, filter until the color of the silica gel turns white, transfer all the solution to a 100mL brown volumetric flask, add sodium sulfite solution to the scale, and shake well. Measure the absorbance A at 435nm with sodium sulfite solution as reference. 4.1.5 Calculation
The mass percentage of sodium disulfone (dioxon) is calculated as follows: =4rXmiXm

The difference between the results of two parallel determinations should not exceed 1.5%. 4.2 Moisture determination
The azeotropic distillation method in GB1600 is used.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Pesticide acceptance is carried out in accordance with GB1604.
5.2 Pesticide sampling method is carried out in accordance with GB1605. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The marking of sodium sulfone (dioxon) shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB3796, and the trademark and production license number shall be added. 6.2 Sodium sulfone (dioxon) shall be packaged in clean and dry black or brown plastic bags, each bag weighing 0.5 or 1kg; or the outer packaging shall be calcium plastic 2
boxes or corrugated paper boxes, each box weighing 25kg.

6.3 During transportation, it must be strictly protected from rain and sun. Handle and load with care to prevent loose packages from contaminating other items. 6.4 Sodium sulfone (dioxon) should be stored in a light-proof, ventilated, dry and cool warehouse, and shall not be stored in the open air or stacked with other items. 6.5 The quality assurance period of this product is 2 years, and the decomposition rate within 2 years shall not exceed 15%.
