1.1 This standard specifies the steady humidity test conditions, test requirements, test methods, test result evaluation and precautions for petroleum exploration and development instruments (hereinafter referred to as "instruments").
1.2 This standard is applicable to determining the adaptability of instruments for use and storage under actual constant thermal conditions. 2 Reference standards

4. Test equipment
4.1 The volume of the test chamber (room) shall be at least 5 times larger than the volume of the instrument under test. 4.2 Temperature and humidity sensors shall be installed in the effective working space of the test chamber (room) to monitor the test conditions. 70

4.3 The air in the test chamber (room) must be continuously circulated to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the working area are uniform and similar to the conditions close to the sensor.
4.4 The test chamber (room) shall have good thermal insulation performance, and its control system shall have sufficient accuracy to ensure that the temperature fluctuation range is within the range of ±2°C and the relative humidity fluctuation range is within the range of ±3%. 4.5 The resistivity of the condensate water shall not be less than 5002·m. 4.6 The condensed water in the test box (room) should be continuously discharged. The discharged condensed water shall not be used as wet source water before purification. 4.7 The characteristics of the instrument and the electrical load shall not have a significant impact on the temperature and humidity in the test box (room). 4.8 The condensed water on the walls and cover of the test box (room) shall not drip onto the instrument. 5 Test method
5. 1 Normal atmospheric conditions for measuring electrical and mechanical properties Perform an appearance inspection on the test instrument according to the provisions of the instrument technical indicators, and then make measurements. Normal atmospheric conditions:

First remove the dust and dirt on the surface of the instrument, and then carry out a drying treatment under the conditions of temperature 55-5*C, relative condensation less than 20%, and air pressure 86-106kPa. The treatment time shall follow the provisions of the instrument product standard. 5.3 Pretreatment
The instrument should be placed in the test box (chamber) without packaging, without power, "ready to use" and normal working position. First preheat it in the test box (chamber) to the basic working temperature (i.e. the temperature during the test), and then humidify the instrument after it reaches a constant temperature to prevent condensation on the instrument and affect the correctness of the test results. 5.4 Conditional test
5.4.1 The duration of the instrument test shall be in accordance with the provisions of the group classification in Table 1. The environmental conditions for Group A shall be 2 days, for Group B shall be 4 days, and for Group C shall be 10 days.
5.4.2 When the temperature and humidity reach equilibrium, all types of instruments shall be powered on for performance testing. 5.4.3 A comprehensive performance test shall be carried out 2 hours before the end of the damp heat test, including power-on test, insulation test and relevant performance tests according to the instrument product standard. If necessary, intermediate testing may also be carried out. 5.5 Recovery treatment
5.5.1 The instrument can be recovered in the test box (room), or transferred to the recovery box (room) for recovery treatment within 10 minutes. If there are other regulations in the instrument standard, they shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations. 5.5.2 The recovery time of the instrument under normal atmospheric conditions is 1 to 2 hours. For instruments with large thermal time constants, the recovery time should be relatively extended. 5.5.3 When the instrument is restored in the damp heat test chamber (room), the relative humidity in the chamber (room) should drop to (75 ± 2)% within half an hour, and then adjust the temperature of the test chamber (room) to the temperature of the controlled recovery condition (indoor temperature 15 ~ ~ 35 ° C) within half an hour. 5.5.4 Special recovery test chamber (room) temperature: 15 ~ 35 ° C, relative humidity: (75 ± 2)% 6 Test results
6.1 The performance indicators and data recorded during the test should be complete and accurate, and meet the requirements of the instrument product standard. During the performance test (2h before the end of the damp heat test), the insulation performance is tested according to the instrument product standard. 6.2 After the restoration process, the appearance and mechanical properties of the instrument should be inspected and checked. There should be no damage such as rust, leakage, cracks, and peeling of the coating layer. The text and markings should be clear, the fixed parts should not be loose, the materials should not be bubbling, cracking, deformation, and the injection should not overflow. 7 Test precautions
7.1 The surfaces of metal parts and metal parts without protective layers in the instrument should be oiled before being placed in the test box (chamber). .2 If there are components and software (such as magnetic tapes, paper tapes, etc.) in the instrument that are particularly sensitive to humidity, they can be removed or treated with other measures. 7.3 During the test, the door of the chamber should not be opened or closed arbitrarily to avoid affecting the normal progress of the test. 7.4 If other situations are involved in the test outside the provisions of this standard, they shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB2424.2 and GB2423.3. 2bzxZ.net
