1 Scope

3 Requirements
3.1 Dimensions

4 Test method
4.1 The dimensions of the national flag color standard samples shall be measured with a measuring tool that has passed the inspection and has an accuracy of not less than 0.5%. 4.2 The colorimetric measurement of the national flag color standard samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3977. 4.3 The colorimetric measurement results of the national flag color standard samples shall be expressed in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3977, that is, the measured values ​​shall be expressed in terms of stimulus value Y and chromaticity coordinates zloyo.
4.4 The color difference of the colorimetric values ​​of the national flag color standard samples shall be calculated in accordance with the CIELAB color difference formula specified in GB/T3979. 5 Testing rules
5.1 The colorimetric requirements of the national flag color standard samples shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 of the test method. If the results do not meet the standards, they shall not be used as standard samples and shall not be issued. 5.2 The national flag color standard samples owned by the national flag production factory and the supervision department shall have a useful life of two years. If they exceed two years, they must be sent for inspection. If the colorimetric values ​​do not meet the standards, they shall not be used.
6 Preservation
