1 Subject content and scope of application

Emergency exit

Emergency exit is an exit that can be opened from the inside of the cab, including the normal cab door. 4.1 Number and location
There should be at least 3 emergency exits, which can be set on different surfaces of the cab (front, rear, top and side). 4.2 Dimensions
The cross section of the emergency exit should be able to accommodate an ellipse with a major axis of 640 mm and a minor axis of 440 mm. 5 Working position space dimensions (only applicable to cabs equipped with single-person driver's seats) 5.1 The dimensions of the driver's working position space inside the cab are shown in Table 1, Table 2 and Figure 3. These dimensions are specified relative to the vertical reference plane (the longitudinal plane passing through the center of the tractor steering wheel and the driver's seat mark point). 5.2 The position of the driver's seat mark point is determined in accordance with JB/T6715. 5.3
The distance from the driver's seat mark point to the pedals and steering wheel is given by GB6235. Table 1 Minimum dimensions of the working position space
The distance from the driver's seat mark to any part of the cab roof surface, the standard is above the driver's head, 235 in front of the driver's seat mark and 300 on both sides
The distance from the driver's seat mark to the rear surface of the cab, the standard is 210 above the driver's seat mark to the edge of the roof (R960 minus R150) and 300 on both sides. The distance from the vertical reference plane to the sides of the cab, the standard is 310 above the driver's seat mark to the edge of the roof (determined by R960 and chamfer 45°), 235 in front to 215 in the back. Note: 1) For soft materials such as cushions, the maximum dimension allowed to extend into the space is 50mm. Minimum dimension
2) When limiting the height of the tractor porch is the most important design requirement and (or) when it is necessary to install work tools on the roof, the value of R960mm can be appropriately reduced. Table 2
