Summary:
This standard specifies two methods for determining the content of vitamin B2 in feed using a fluorescence spectrophotometer and a high performance liquid chromatograph. Method 1 specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin B2 in feed raw materials, compound feed, concentrated feed, compound premix feed, and vitamin mixed feed. The detection concentration of vitamin B2 in the test solution is 0.05μg/mL to 0.2μg/mL. Method 2 specified in this standard is applicable to the determination of vitamin B2 in compound premix feed and vitamin premix feed with a vitamin B2 content greater than 10mg/kg.
