This standard specifies the type, series and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of eccentric roller shapers used in oil and gas field workover operations. This standard is applicable to the eccentric roller shaper used to repair the elliptical, concave, necking and other deformations of the casing produced during the production process in the well repair operation of oil and gas fields. The structure is shown in the figure below:

5.1 The product shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The material and performance of the eccentric shaft and roller shall meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2

5.3Forgings shall comply with the provisions of SY5304.

5.4Machinery parts shall comply with the provisions of SY6306. 5.5Drill pipe joint threads shall comply with the provisions of GB4775. 5.6After carburizing and annealing treatment on the surface of the eccentric shaft journal, its hardness shall be HRC60~64. 57The eccentric shaft shall be inspected by overall ultrasonic flaw detection and shall not have cracks or other defects that affect strength. 5.8 After the outer surface of the roller is carburized and annealed, its hardness should be HRC58~~62, and the inner hole hardness should be HRC30~35. 5.9 The unfilled tolerance should comply with the 14th grade regulations in GB1804, and the unfilled shape and position tolerance should comply with the C grade regulations in GB1184. 5.1D Product assembly should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SY5307. 5.11 After the product is assembled, the joint thread should be coated with anti-corrosion oil and the exterior should be sprayed with anti-rust paint. 6 Test methods and inspection regulations
6.1 Test methods
6.1.1 Product performance tests should be carried out on a simulation test bench. Select high-strength and thick-walled casings with a maximum radial deformation of B~11mm as test casings. Fix the test casing on the base of the simulation test bench. Connect the eccentric roller shaper to the drill string of the test bench, slowly lower it with a drilling pressure of not less than 10~30kN and a speed of not less than 70r/min, and rotate it into the deformed casing for shaping. After the tool passes, lift the drill string and shape it repeatedly until the shaper can pass the deformed section relatively smoothly. After changing the roller combination size several times, the deformed casing reaches 96% of the original inner diameter after trimming. 6.1.2 After the test, disassemble and inspect, and all parts must not be cracked or damaged. 6.2 Inspection rules
6.2.1 The product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and the certificate of conformity must be issued before it can leave the factory. 6.2.2 The eccentric shaft after heat treatment must be inspected for hardness and non-destructive testing according to the requirements of Articles 5.6 and 5.7. 6.2.3 The roller after heat treatment must be inspected for hardness according to the requirements of Article 5.8. 6.2.4 The joint thread must be inspected item by item according to the requirements of Article 5.5. 6.2.5 If any of the following conditions exist, one set of the product shall be sampled for performance test and inspection: a. The product structure has been significantly changed, b. The product material and process have been significantly changed, c. The cumulative production batch has reached 100 sets or the production volume of each batch exceeds 30 sets. 6.2.6 The performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the method of Article 6.1.1. 7 Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 The product shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of SY/Z6008. 7.2 The product shall be packaged in accordance with the provisions of SY5309 before leaving the factory. After the product is packaged, it shall be sprayed with the mark according to the provisions of different transportation such as car, ship and air transportation. a. Gross weight, net weight and packaging box dimensions (length × width × height). 7.3 The factory technical documents of the product include: a. Product certificate# b. Product instruction manual: 7.4 The product should be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. Place it horizontally and do not drop, bump, squeeze or press it. 7.5 Under the condition that the user complies with the provisions in the product instruction manual, within 12 months from the date of delivery, if the eccentric roller shaper does not meet the manufacturing quality standards and affects normal use, the manufacturer shall repair and replace it free of charge. 3 Additional instructions ZB/T E92 012—89 This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Petroleum Drilling Equipment and Tools.
