Summary:
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, quality assurance period, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of SZ series micro DC servo motors. This standard applies to SZ series micro DC servo motors (hereinafter referred to as motors). This series of motors are separately excited DC servo motors with commutators, which can be used as actuators in automatic control systems and can also be used as drive components. This series of motors are divided into two categories according to the operating environment conditions: ordinary type and humid tropical type (indoor). The humid tropical type motor has "TH" added after the ordinary type model. This standard is a revision of JB1377-74 "SZ series micro DC servo motor". The relevant provisions in GB/T7345-1994 and GB/T14819-1993 were cited during the revision. This standard is consistent with the relevant standards and conforms to the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993 in terms of writing format: This standard will replace JB1377-74 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Micro Motor Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are: Boyu Motor Factory, Tianjin Safety Motor Co., Ltd., Qinghai Micro Motor Factory, Benxi Micro Motor Factory, Ningbo Kailis Electric Co., Ltd., Fujian Wanda Motor Co., Ltd. 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Environmental conditions for use
General technical conditions for electromagnetic DC servo motors 3.1.1 The air pressure shall not be less than 61.7 kPa (4000m). 3.1.2 Ambient temperature: -40~+55℃
3.1.3 Relative humidity: 90%~95%. 3.1.4 Any installation position.
3.1.5 The humid tropical type motor is also allowed to work under the following conditions: a) Condensation;
b) Mold.
3.2 Working system
The motor is a continuous working system.
