This standard applies to tungsten stranded wire for manufacturing tungsten heaters. Brand, use, type and specification
2.1 The brand and use of pigeon stranded wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

②NJ type twisted wire outer diameter is determined by the single wire diameter and the number of strands: RJI type twisted wire outer diameter is determined by the main wire diameter and auxiliary wire diameter. The calculation method is shown in Appendix B.
③The distance between each adjacent convex point (or concave point) of NJ type stranded wire is one pitch, and the axial distance between the auxiliary wire winding coils of RJ type stranded wire is one pitch. 3 Technical requirements
3.1 The chemical composition of tungsten stranded wire shall comply with the provisions of Article 2.1 of GB4181 "Tungsten Wire". 3.2 Size
3.2.1 The number of pitches of tungsten stranded wire for every 30mm length, with a deviation of 1. 3.2.2 The length of tungsten stranded wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4

3.3 Tungsten stranded wire is allowed to have overlaps. When the single diameter of the twisted wire or the diameter of the main wire of the twisted wire is greater than or equal to 0.7mm, it shall not exceed one place per 3m on average, and when it is less than 0.7mm, it shall not exceed one place per 4m on average. 3.4 Surface quality
The surface of tungsten stranded wire should be bright, silver-grey, and free of visible contaminants. Slight mechanical damage and slight oxidation are allowed. 3.5 Special requirements for tungsten stranded wire shall be negotiated by the supplier and the buyer. 4 Test method
According to the requirements of Article 3.1, the chemical composition shall be carried out in accordance with GB4324.1~4324.30 "Chemical Analysis Method for Tungsten". 4.2 According to the requirements of Article 3.2.1, the number of twisted spacing shall be checked with a ruler. 4.3 According to the requirements of Articles 3.2.2 and 3.3, the single wire diameter and length of the stranded wire shall be checked with a ruler and a grade 1 micrometer. 4.4 According to the requirements of Article 3.4, the surface quality shall be checked with the naked eye and touch. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department to ensure that the product complies with this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 5.2 The buyer shall accept the product according to this standard within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If the test result does not meet this standard, and it is still unqualified after appraisal by both parties, it is a non-conforming product.
5.3 The chemical composition test is to randomly cut a section from each submitted batch for analysis. If it does not meet the requirements of Article 3.1, double the sampling and analysis, if it still fails, it is a non-conforming product.
5.4 Each submitted batch shall consist of tungsten stranded wires of the same brand, type and specification. 5.5 According to the requirements of Article 3.2.1, randomly select two strands from each submitted batch for twisting spacing number test, and test the head, middle and tail of each strand. If two of them fail, double the sampling test, and if there are still two failures, it is a non-conforming product. 5.6 According to the requirements of Articles 3.2.2 and 3.3, 100% of the single wire diameter, strand length and lap of each submitted batch shall be tested. If they fail, it is a non-conforming product.
5.7 According to the requirements of Article 3.4, two wires are sampled for surface quality inspection for each batch submitted. If they are unqualified, double sampling inspection is carried out. If they are still unqualified, they are unqualified products.
6 Marking, packaging, storage, transportation and quality certificate 6.1 Tungsten stranded wire is wound into a circle with a diameter of Φ210 and bundled into bundles of 5 to 10 kg. Each bundle is wrapped with kraft paper and then with plastic tape. 6.2 Each bundle of tungsten stranded wire should be accompanied by a product certificate and marked with: YYKANrKAcas

Inspector's mark;
This standard number and manufacturer name.
Each batch should be accompanied by a quality certificate

Tungsten stranded wires should be packed as required and stored in a dry (relative humidity not more than 65%) room without acid or alkali atmosphere. The packaged tungsten stranded wires should be transported in wooden boxes or cartons padded with moisture-proof paper. The boxes should be marked with "Do not throw" and "Prevent moisture" and other signs. During transportation, acid, alkali atmosphere and rain and snow erosion should be strictly prevented3
