This standard specifies the dimensions, technical conditions, inspection, marking and packaging of reinforced polypropylene (FRPP) pipes and fittings (including elbows, tees, reducers, pipe joints, etc.) with a nominal outer diameter of D17 to D500. This standard applies to pipes extruded from granular materials of glass fiber (content 20±2%) reinforced polypropylene (FRP) and molded fittings, which can transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and salts at temperatures of -20 to 120°C. This standard specifies the dimensions, technical conditions, inspection, marking and packaging of reinforced polypropylene (FRPP) pipes and fittings (including elbows, tees, reducers, pipe joints, etc.) with a nominal external diameter of D17 to D500.

3.0.1 This standard specifies the nominal pressure of reinforced polypropylene (FRPP) pipes and fittings as 0.6 and 1.0 MPa, and the nominal outside diameter is D17~~D500, which is equivalent to ISO161 standard.
3.0.2 The allowable operating pressure of reinforced polypropylene pipe (FRPP) at various temperatures is shown in Table 3.0.2
