This standard is applicable to electric lubrication pump devices used to supply grease to each lubrication point through a two-line distributor in the centralized lubrication system of heavy, metallurgical, mining, chemical, electric power, light industry, building materials and other equipment. This standard was first issued in April 1978 and was revised for the first time this time. This standard is a revision of JB/T23041978 "Electric Grease Station Type, Parameters and Dimensions". This standard increases the nominal pressure of the product, and according to the provisions of the existing basic and general national standards, the original standard is modified and supplemented in terms of content and format.
The main differences between this standard and JB/T23041978 are: the nominal pressure is increased from 10MPa to 20MPa; the motor power is increased.
This standard replaces JB/T23041978 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Mechanical Industry Metallurgical Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting unit of this standard: Taiyuan Lubrication and Hydraulic Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Mao Jiping, Li Weimin, Duan Zisheng, Wang Xudong.
