This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of softener SG. This standard applies to softener SG made by condensation of butyric acid and ethylene oxide. It is mainly used as a softening and lubricating additive in the spinning process of synthetic fibers

5.1 Sampling method

Take uniform products as a batch and select 10% of the packaging samples from each batch. The sampling of small batch products shall not be less than 3 barrels. Before sampling, remove the dust on the barrel cover to prevent foreign impurities from falling into the product. Use a sampler to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts respectively. After fully mixing the samples, put them into two clean and dry wide-mouth bottles, add stoppers and affix labels, indicating the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, etc. One bottle is for inspection and the other bottle is for sample.
5.2 Factory inspection
Softener SG should be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all products shipped meet the requirements of this standard! Products shipped should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.3 User acceptance

The user shall inspect the softener S core received according to the provisions of this standard. Check whether it meets the requirements of this standard. 5.4 Re-inspection
If one of the indicators in the inspection result does not meet the standard, the sample shall be re-selected from the normal packaging for inspection. Even if only one indicator in the re-inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the whole batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.5 Arbitration
When the supplier and the supplier have disputes over the quality of the product and need arbitration, the arbitration institution can be selected by negotiation between the two parties. During arbitration, the inspection method specified in this standard shall be used for arbitration verification.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 Each batch of packaged softener SG should be marked, including: a.

Product net weight:
Manufacturer name.
6.2 Softener SG is packed in plastic barrels lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 50kg per barrel, or packed according to user requirements. 6.3 Load and unload gently during transportation, and never turn the barrel upside down. 6.4 Softener SG should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, sealed and stored. The storage period is two years. Additional remarks:
