4 Test methods
4.1 Analysis of chemical composition
SJ/T10677-1995
4.1.1 The determination of aluminum shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8647.2. 4.1.2 The determination of silicon shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8647.3. 4.1.3 The determination of lead shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8647.6. 4.1.4 The determination of chloride, nitrate and sulfate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of HG3-955. 4.1.5 The determination of potassium shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1287. 4.1.6 The determination of nickel, copper, calcium, iron, sodium, cobalt and magnesium shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions in Appendix A of GB8633. 4.2 The determination of physical phase shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5225. 4.3 The determination of particle size shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3249. 4.4 The particle size distribution shall be determined using a TAⅡ Coulter meter or its equivalent. 4.5 The determination of bulk density shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1479. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Nickel oxide powder shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and shall not be shipped out of the factory until it passes the inspection and is accompanied by a quality certificate. The quality certificate shall indicate: product name, manufacturer name, batch number, physical and chemical performance test data, inspection date, standard number, and signatures of the inspector and quality inspection department. 5.2 Products made of the same raw materials, same process, same variety and submitted for acceptance at one time are considered a batch. 5.3 Inspection is carried out in batches, and the weight of each batch shall not exceed 500kg. 5.4 Samples shall be randomly taken from the packaging bottles (barrels) of each batch of products. Small batch sampling shall not be less than 5 bottles (barrels) or all of them shall be taken. For sampling in bottles, a stainless steel sampling tube shall be inserted into the bottle (barrel) to three-quarters of its depth for sampling. After the sample is fully mixed, it shall be reduced to 100g by quartering method and divided into two clean, dry wide-mouth bottles with ground stoppers. Labels shall be affixed to the bottles, indicating: manufacturer, product name, batch number, sampling date, sampling location. One bottle is used for inspection, and the bottle sample shall be kept for reference. 5.5 If one indicator in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling shall be carried out for re-inspection. If the indicator in the re-inspection results still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products. 5.6 The purchaser shall conduct a re-inspection within one month after receiving the product. If there is any objection, arbitration inspection shall be carried out in accordance with this standard, or the supply and demand parties shall agree on a quick solution.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The packaging container shall be firmly marked, including: manufacturer name, product name, variety, batch number, gross weight, net weight and this standard number.
6.2 Nickel oxide powder is packaged in plastic bottles, with a net weight of 500g per bottle, or in paper barrels lined with plastic film bags. The plastic bag mouth and paper barrel cover must be tightly sealed, and the net weight of each barrel is 15kg.
6.3 The product can be transported by any means. The packaging container should be protected from damage during storage and transportation, and should be placed in a dry place to prevent rain and moisture.
