This standard specifies the technical requirements for the substrate (substrate) of titanium nitride (TiN) high speed steel tools before coating, the technical requirements for the tools after coating, performance tests, as well as marking and packaging. This standard is used for titanium nitride coating (hereinafter referred to as coating) high-efficiency cutting tools. 2 Reference standards

3.1.1 The cutting tool should not be subjected to any surface treatment before coating, and there should be no rust. 3.1.2 The working part of the coating should not have defects such as chipping, bluntness, burrs, cracks and burns that affect the usability. 3.2 Surface roughnessWww.bzxZ.net
The upper limit of the roughness of the working surface of the coating is R, 0.8m. Note: If the value of the relative thickness of the workpiece is less than 0, it can be determined according to the corresponding product standard. 3.3 Dimensional tolerance
The dimensional deviation and position tolerance of the coated part of the tool should take into account the influence of the total thickness. 3.4 The hardness of the tool before coating should meet the requirements of the corresponding product standard. 4 Technical requirements for bleached tools
4.1.1 The working part of the bleached tool should not have defects such as headlights, dents, dense lines, discs, collar marks, arc spots, etc. that affect the performance. 4.1.2 The color of the coating should be uniform golden yellow. 4.1.3 The film layer on the coating surface should be complete, and the uncoated part should not have any chemical reaction. 4.1.4 The boundary between the coating and the technical layer should be clear. 4.2 Surface thickness
The upper limit of the surface thickness of the coating is R,0.R. Note: If the upper limit of the surface thickness specified in the corresponding product standard is less than R,0.8T, the surface thickness of the coating should be in accordance with the product standard. 4.3 Dimensions and tolerances
The dimensions, tolerances and shape tolerances of the coating should comply with the corresponding product standards. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on April 22, 1966
Implementation of 1996-0T

The lower limit of the coating thickness is 1.5uru. The coating can be inspected according to the provisions of JB/T7707. 4.5 When the coating is used for inspection, the scratch machine is used for inspection. When the test load is 29.4V, the coating should not be scratched out of the substrate. The test method is shown in Appendix A (Narrow Appendix). When using the ultrasonic vibration method, the knife should be placed in a water-soluble detergent solution or deionized water, the power density is 0.4Wcm, and the ultrasonic wave of 4kHz is impacted with 10mrin. The coating should not fall off. 4.6 Hardness value of the coating layer is not less than 2000HVC025. The coating hardness is tested on a commercial steel flat specimen with a thickness of not less than 100mm and the thickness of the coating is not less than 100mm. The basic hardness value should also comply with the requirements of the corresponding product standards. 5 Performance test
For batch-produced delamination cutting tools, each batch should be sampled and tested for cutting performance. 5.1 Test piece
The cutting speed and feed rate of the performance test are increased by 21% and 10% respectively on the basis of the cutting speed and feed rate specified in the corresponding product standard; the cutting test piece is 4. Tempering treatment, hardness is 200-230HB, and the other test conditions are consistent with the requirements of the product standard: the cutting length is three times the cutting length specified in the corresponding product standard. 5.2 Test result evaluation
After the cutting performance test, the coated tool should not have the front edge, the working surface layer falling off and obvious damage. If one of the test samples does not meet the speed requirements, it is judged that the performance test of this batch of coated tools does not meet the requirements. 6 Marking and packaging
In addition to complying with the relevant product standards, the marking and packaging shall be marked with the standard number, and "TN layer" shall be added before the product name.
