This standard specifies the most basic safety requirements for the design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance of vibration feeders. This standard applies to electromagnetic vibration feeders, inertial vibration feeders and other forms of vibration feeder equipment itself, excluding components connecting such equipment. bzxZ.net
If the equipment is used to transport dangerous, toxic and other harmful materials, the user should declare it to the manufacturer when placing an order, and the manufacturer should submit the special safety conditions to the installation and use unit. 2 Reference standards
GB5083 General principles for safety and health design of production equipment 3 Design and manufacture
3.1 The design of vibration feeders should comply with the provisions of 1.1, 1.3~1.6 in GB5083. 3.2 The equipment should be guaranteed to have sufficient strength under normal working conditions, and the dynamic stress effect should be considered. 3.3 The connecting bolts should have reliable anti-loosening measures. 3.4 The vibrating feeder must ensure that the conveyed materials do not slide down when it stops working. 3.5 Protective devices should be installed for mechanical moving parts, especially the rotating eccentric block of the inertial vibrator. 3.6 Inspection holes or flaps with self-locking devices should be installed on completely enclosed equipment. 3.7 The no-load noise value of the vibrating feeder shall not be greater than 85dB(A). 4 Installation
4.1 Guide plates and centering devices should be installed at the feed trough. 4.2 The frame that suspends or supports the vibrating feeder should have sufficient rigidity, and the suspension rod should avoid contact with other objects. 4.3 The vibrating feeder installed on a mobile frame should be equipped with a stop device. Additional rollers should be protected in places that are easily accessible to operators.
4.4 When the operator must stay on the mobile equipment, a platform must be installed, and the platform should prevent the operator from contacting any obstacles. 4.5 When the mobile vibrating feeder runs along an unprotected passage, an alarm device should be installed. 4.6 The vibrating feeder must be grounded for protection.
5 Operation and maintenance
5.1 The user should use it according to the operating conditions specified in the installation and maintenance instructions, and should avoid overloading. 5.2 When the mobile vibrating feeder running along the passage exceeds 0.10m/s, the audiovisual warning device must be activated during operation
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on August 13, 1996798
Implementation on December 1, 1996
GB16490--1996
5.3 The electromagnetic vibrator shall not be operated in the state of collision between the iron core and the armature. 5.4 The inertial vibrator shall not be operated in the state of removing the eccentric block guard. 5.5 When manual cleaning is required due to blockage or other reasons, it must be carried out after the vibrating feeder is stopped and the starting device is turned off. Additional Notes:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Beijing Hoisting and Conveying Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry.
