3 Product classification
3.1 Shoeboard is divided into three types according to its use: insole board, semi-supporting board and main heel board. 3.2 Insole board is divided into three grades: A, B and C. 3.3 Shoeboard is a flat board.
The color of shoeboard shall be in accordance with the order contract. 4 Technical requirements

③ The interlayer peeling strength of the insole cardboard and main heel cardboard with a thickness of less than 1.5mm (including 1.5mm) is not to be tested. The size of shoemaking paperboard is 1000mm×1600mm, 1000mm×1100mm, 1000mm×800mm, 710mm×870mm, 4.2
610mm×830mm, or as specified in the order contract, the size deviation shall not exceed ±10mm. 4.3 The thickness of shoemaking paperboard shall be uniform, the surface shall be flat, and there shall be no wrinkles, cracks, breaks, bubbles, delamination and impurities, etc. The edge of the paperboard shall be straight. 4.4 The shoemaking paperboard shall not fall off during punching, profiling and sheet cutting. 5 The size, thickness and color of shoemaking paperboard shall be specified in the order contract. If there are special requirements, it can be produced according to the agreement. 4.5
5 Test method
QB/T 1708-1993
The sample shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450, and the sample processing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10739. 5.1 Thickness and tightness shall be measured in accordance with GB/T451.3. 5.2 Determination of interlayer peeling strength
Cut a 130mm×15mm sample (five in each direction) at a distance of not less than 50mm from the edge of the cardboard, peel off a certain length in the middle layer of each sample, and the length of the unpeeled part shall not be less than 50mm. Separate the peeled part to 90° in the left and right directions, and clamp it in the upper and lower clamps of a testing machine with a force not greater than 300N for measurement until the pointer of the testing machine stops moving. The movement speed of the testing machine is 60mm/min, and the reading is the interlayer peeling strength of the cardboard (the testing machine used is the testing machine specified in GB/T453). 5.3 The tensile strength of the cardboard shall be measured in accordance with GB/T453, and the water-immersion tensile strength shall be measured in accordance with GB/T465.2. 5.4 The water-immersion elongation of the cardboard shall be measured in accordance with GB/T459. 5.5 Determination of high temperature drying shrinkage
From the selected cardboard, take a 300mm×50mm sample in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, and draw three straight lines of 260mm in length on the sample, as shown in Figure 1, accurate to 0.1mm, place the sample in a drying oven at (100±2)℃, dry for 1h, and measure the length of the straight line after taking it out.
The high temperature drying shrinkage is calculated according to formula (1):

Where L-- represents the original straight line length of the sample, mm; - represents the straight line length of the sample after heat treatment, mm. 5.6The moisture content of the cardboard shall be determined according to GB/T462. 5.7The tensile strength of the cardboard shall be determined according to GB/T453. 5.8The flex index shall be determined according to QB/T1472.
5.9 Determination of bending properties of paperboard
Cut 100mm×15mm test specimens (3 in each of the longitudinal and transverse directions) at a distance of not less than 50mm from the edge of the paperboard sample. For half-bottomed paperboard, it is required to be continuous when bent at 90°; for main eye paperboard, it is required to be not cracked when bent at 90°. 5.10 Determination of shaping performance:
Cut a 154mm×30mm test sample (three in each direction) at a distance of not less than 50mm from the edge of the paperboard, place it in a recessed semicircular shaping instrument, press on a convex semicircular heavy bowl (bowl weight 23.4kg), the pressure per unit area of the paperboard is 49.6kPa (0.506kgf/cm2), press and shape for 10min, take out the test sample, turn it 90° and place it on a flat surface, and measure the height of the arc of the paperboard after 24h (i.e. the length of the intersection of the perpendicular line at the center point of the connecting line at both ends of the paperboard and the arc, expressed in millimeters). 6.1 The manufacturer shall ensure that the quality of the paperboard produced meets the requirements of this standard. One batch is considered as a batch, and a certificate of conformity shall be affixed to each piece when it is delivered. 6.2'Product delivery inspection and sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. 6.3 The sampling of samples and the processing of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10739.4 The items, sequence and inspection level, sampling plan and qualified quality level (AQL) of delivery inspection sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. 6.5 The user has the right to inspect and accept according to this standard. If there is any objection to the product, the manufacturer should be notified within three months after arrival for joint re-inspection. If 329

does not meet the requirements of this standard, it will be judged as a batch non-conformity and the manufacturer will be responsible for handling it. If it meets the requirements of this standard, it will be judged as a batch qualified and the purchaser will be responsible for handling it.
6.6 If the storage and transportation do not meet the requirements of this standard, resulting in the quality not meeting the requirements of this standard, the relevant parties shall be responsible. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The packaging and marking of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342, and the following supplements shall be made: 7.1 The number of sheets of each cardboard shall be 50 or determined by negotiation between the manufacturer and the user. 7.2 Cardboards of different thicknesses and grades shall be packed separately. 7.3 Cardboards can be packed in soft packaging, wood boards, cartons or according to the user's opinions. 7.4 When transporting the product, a canopy and clean transportation vehicle should be used. 7.5 During the transportation of the product, paper pieces shall not be dropped from a high place. 7.6 The product shall be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow and ground condensation. 7.7Www.bzxZ.net

3 Product classification
