a. Heat treatment HRC50~520 steel carburizing 0,50.8 hardening HRC56~60b. The geometric tolerance values marked in the figure are in accordance with Appendix 1 of GB1184-80. The dimensional tolerance of t is level 6 and can be changed within the same tolerance level according to the use requirements. The chamfer shown in the figure is not greater than 0.5x45°
When an oil groove is required in the sliding part, the requirements shall be determined by the contracting unit. f. Others are in accordance with GB 4170-84.
