3.1 Bottom Plate Material
The bottom plate of the test standard plate shall be a white matte material with stable dimensions or a lead plate with a black surface, and the thickness shall be less than 2mm.
3.2 Plate Size
This standard plate is divided into two types: Plate A is 297mm×210mm, and Plate B is 297mm×420mm. 3.3 Shrinkage Test Ruler
The 10mm×100mm shrinkage test ruler at 35mm square to the center of the center test pattern array indicates the measurement unit in millimeters, with a character height of not less than 2mm, and is parallel to the bottom of the test standard plate. 3.4 Test pattern arrangement
Five No. 2 test patterns that meet the requirements of GB6161 are located at the center and four corners of the target plate as shown in the figure below. The array center of the No. 2 test pattern located in the center should be at the center of the test target plate, with a deviation error within 2 μm, and the edges of the test pattern parallel to the edges of the test target plate. The array center of the No. 2 test pattern located at the four corners should be on the diagonal of the target plate, 0.35 (d represents the length of the diagonal) from the center of the target plate, and the deviation error should be within 2m; the side of the test pattern is parallel to the diagonal: from the center of the test target plate, the numbers on the test pattern should be read clockwise,

As shown in the figure, the black background white letter (equilinear font) card marked with 1:R is placed directly below the center test pattern. 55mm away from the center of the test pattern array, the height is not less than 15mm.
4 Usage
4.1A plate uses half-frame microfilm.
4.2B plate is used for full-frame microfilming.
4.3 When using the entry plate and B plate, the standard plate specified in GB8987 shall be used under the same conditions, and another frame shall be photographed. The determination of resolution shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB 6161.
