This standard replaces JB/T6489-92 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Rubber and Plastic Machinery Standardization and the Plastic Machinery Standardization Sub-Technical Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Nantong Rugao Plastic Machinery Factory. Kneading machine shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Technical requirements for the whole machine
4.1.1 The product shall be equipped with manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation modes. Steam heating pressure
4.1.2 The kneading machine heated by steam shall be subjected to a water pressure test in the jacket in accordance with GB150; the temperature of the heat transfer oil in the jacket of the kneading machine heated by electricity shall be less than the specified value.
The leakage of the kneading slurry sealing device shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.1.33

The structural shape and size of the kneading chamber shall comply with Figure 1 and the following provisions: 4.1.4

4.3.1 The metal shell of the host and electrical control device should have a grounding device, and the grounding terminal should be located at the wiring position and marked with the protective grounding symbol or the letter PE.
4.3.2 The metal shell of the host and electrical control device must be ensured to have a reliable electrical connection with the grounding screw. The measured value of the connection resistance between it and the grounding screw shall not exceed 0.12. 4.3.3 In the electrical device, the insulation resistance of the ungrounded electrical parts shall not be less than 1MQ. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Test methods
5.1.1 Sampling
When the kneading machine is inspected at the factory, a full inspection shall be carried out. During the type test, a sampling inspection shall be carried out. One machine shall be sampled each time. If one of the inspection items fails, another machine shall be sampled. If there are still items that fail, the type test shall be judged as unqualified. 5.1.2 Total volume detection
The volume of water contained shall be calculated or measured for detection. 5.1.3 Inspection of the jacket of the kneading machine heated by steam. The water pressure test shall be carried out in the jacket according to the provisions of GB150. 5.1.4 Leakage detection of sealing device
Add water equal to the working volume into the kneading chamber, and measure the leakage with a measuring cup when the machine is running for not less than 10 minutes. 5.1.5 Noise detection
Use a sound level meter to detect at an operating position 1m away from the machine and 1.5m high. 5.1.6 Motor power detection
Use a three-phase electric power meter to detect.
5.1.7 Reliability detection

Use a method approved by the prescribed procedures and detect on the basis of analyzing the use parameters. 5.2 Inspection rules
Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product quality certificate before it can leave the factory. 5.2.1 Factory Inspection
Each product shall be tested for no less than 30 minutes of continuous idling before leaving the factory, and shall be inspected according to 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.6, 4.1.9, 4.2.1, and 4.2.2.
5.2.2 Type Test
Type test shall be carried out for no less than 2 hours of load running test, and shall be inspected according to Table 1, 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.3, 4.1.6, 4.1.7, 4.1.9 Inspection.
Type test shall be conducted in one of the following situations: a) Trial determination and appraisal of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, at least one unit shall be sampled for testing each year; d) When the product is resumed after two years of suspension; e) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
Each product shall be fixed with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position. The size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and shall have the following contents:
a) Product name;
b) Product model;
c) Main parameters of the product;
d) Manufacturing date (number);
e) Manufacturer's name.
6.2 Packaging
Product packaging should comply with the requirements of GB/T13384. The following technical documents should be placed in the product packaging box (in a waterproof bag): a) Packing list;
b) Product certificate;
c) Product instruction manual;
6.3 Transportation
Product transportation should comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB/T6388. 6.4 Storage
Products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture. Rain protection measures should be taken when storing in the open air. People's Republic of China
