3.1 GB/T17421.1 must be referred to when using this standard. 3.2 When inspecting the accuracy of the turntable, the ambient temperature should be kept within 20℃±2℃. 3.3 The actual inspection sequence can generally be arranged according to the installation and disassembly of the inspection tools and the convenience of inspection. 3.4 In this standard, G4A, G5A, and G6A are inspected on the inspection table, and G4B, G5B, and G6B are inspected on the matching machine tool. The manufacturer can choose any one to inspect.
3.5 The inspection items G5A, G5B, G6A, G6B, G7, and G9 in this standard are only applicable to the inspection of universal turntables. 3.6 According to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the inspection items can be increased or decreased. Place a bridge plate on the turntable surface and place a level on it. Move the bridge plate along the measurement direction shown in the figure. Record the level reading every time the bridge plate is moved. Establish the reference plane through OAC on the turntable surface and obtain the coordinate values of each measuring point to the reference plane according to the level reading.
The error is calculated as the maximum algebraic difference between the maximum and minimum coordinate values of each point on the measured surface to the reference plane. The local error is calculated as the algebraic difference between the coordinate values of each point on the measured surface to the reference plane on any 300mm measuring length.
You can also use a flat ruler, equal height block and indicator to check JB/T2255.1-
