This standard is a revision of B1119—81 "Clip". Compared with JB1119-81, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: In Table 1, the material has been modified accordingly according to the changes in steel standards; the thickness of the elliptical pad has been uniformly revised to 2.5mm, and the weight of each set of clips has also been revised accordingly.
This standard replaces JB1119—81 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Research Institute. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Research Institute. The drafters of this standard are Dong Yiliang and Song Qixiang. This standard was first issued in 1968, revised for the first time in 1981, and this revision is the second revision. Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Research Institute is responsible for the interpretation of this standard. 1

3.2 The thickness h of the applicable support ring or downcomer plate and support plate are 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 mm respectively. 3.3 If you need to use materials not specified in Table 1, you can make a separate request when ordering and indicate it in the drawing. 4 Technical requirements
When spot welding round head bolts and card plates, the direction of the small groove at the end should be consistent with the length direction of the card plate (as shown in Figure 1) so that the orientation of the clip can be identified when using it.
4.2 The plate materials used to manufacture the clips should meet the requirements of GB/T912; the profiles should meet the requirements of GB/T1220. 4.3
The thread of the round head bolt should be in accordance with the GB/T196 coarse pitch ordinary thread. The nuts should be made of GB/T6170 hexagonal nuts.
5 Marking and packaging
The marking of the clip consists of three parts:
K—means "clip";
—6, 8, 10, 12, 14—respectively indicate that the applicable thickness of the clip is 6, 8, 10, 12, 14mm;-A—means that the material of the clip, pad, nut is Q235-A, and the material of the bolt is 1Cr13; B—means that the material of the clip, pad, nut, bolt is 0Cr18Ni9; C—means that the material of the clip, pad, nut, bolt is 0Cr17Ni12Mo2. Marking example:
The applicable thickness h is 10mm, and the clip is mainly made of 0Cr18Ni9 material, and its mark is: Clip K10B

5.2 If the user needs, it can be proposed that the mark should be printed on the surface of the finished product. The printing method and marking content shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.3 The acceptance and packaging of the clips shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1205. 3
