This standard applies to slip-on flanges for chemical equipment and pipelines made of acid-resistant phenolic plastic with an allowable temperature of -30°C to 130°C and an allowable pressure as specified in the table below.

The bolt length is determined by the gasket thickness -5mm (nominal diameter is less than or equal to 300mm): =10mm (nominal diameter is greater than 300mm). Quality inspection of flange raw materials and products
Steel plates shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB3274: for split ring materials and castings, they shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB.9439. The products are not allowed to have defects that reduce strength, affect connection reliability and damage product appearance, such as cracks, pores, sand inclusions, burrs, etc.
Non-matching dimension tolerance grade of metal parts: machined surface according to GB1804ET14: non-machined surface according to IT16. The limit deviation of the center circle diameter of the flange bolt hole and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6mm, and the limit deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.
