This standard applies to steel pipe blank flanges with flat face or raised face with nominal pressure PN0.25~PV42.0MPa. 2 Reference standards

3.1PNO.25, PNO.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5 and PN4.0MPa The type of flat steel pipe covers shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 6. 3.2 The type of PN0.25, PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0MPa raised face steel pipe flange cover shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 9. 3.3 The type of PN2.0MPa flat face steel pipe flange cover shall comply with the provisions of Figure 3, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 10. 3.4 The type of PN2.0 and PN5.0MPa raised face steel pipe flange cover shall comply with the provisions of Figure 4, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 10 and 11.
3.5 The type of PN11.0, PN15.0, PN26.0 and PN42.0MPa raised face steel pipe flange cover shall comply with the provisions of Figure 5. The dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 12 to 15.
4 Technical requirements for flange covers
4.1 The technical requirements for flange covers shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124. 4.2 The maximum non-extrusion working pressure of flange covers at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000.
5 Marking
5.1 Flange covers shall be marked according to nominal diameter, nominal pressure, sealing surface type code and standard number. 5.2 The type code of the flange cover sealing surface shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9112. 5.3 Marking example
