4.1.1 The guide wheel shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and shall comply with the provisions of this standard GB/T3452.1

4.1.2 The purchased parts of the guide wheel shall comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards or industry standards, meet the requirements of the drawings, and shall have a certificate of conformity. 4.1.3
All parts shall be free of sharp corners and burrs, and the appearance and dimensional accuracy shall be strictly checked before assembly, and they shall be cleaned. 4.1.4 The sealing parts of sealing parts such as floating oil seals shall not be bruised or scratched. 4.1.5 The floating oil seal O-ring and the outer cone of the floating seal ring shall not be stained with oil, and the floating oil seal O-ring shall not be twisted during assembly. During assembly, a small amount of lubricating oil shall be applied to the press-fit mating surface and the bright band of the floating seal ring. 4.1.6
4.1.7 After assembly, fill 80% of the capacity with clean heavy-duty vehicle gear oil according to the oil brand specified in the product manual. No leakage is allowed. Machining quality requirements

5Test method
5.1 Inspection of machining quality

5.1.1 The dimensional accuracy shall be measured conventionally with an inside diameter dial indicator, an outside diameter micrometer, a depth gauge or a vernier caliper. 5.1.2 The shape and position tolerances shall be measured in accordance with Chapters 4 to 6 of GB/T1958-1980. 5.1.3 The surface roughness shall be measured by visual comparison using a surface roughness meter or a roughness standard sample block. 5.1.4 The flatness of the bright band of the floating oil seal shall be measured using the relevant interference microscope or static oil seal test in JB/T8293.2. 5.2 Inspection of heat treatment quality
5.2.1 The surface hardness of the rate fire shall be measured using a Brinell or Rockwell hardness tester in accordance with Chapters 3 to 6 of GB/T231-1984 and Chapters 5 to 8 of GB/T230-1991, and the arithmetic mean shall be taken. 5.2.2 The depth of the hardened layer shall be measured by Rockwell hardness method according to the provisions of GB/T5617, and the position is shown in Figure 2. 2242

5.2.3 The measurement methods specified in Chapters 4 to 6 of JB/T59441991 shall be used for the measurement of other heat treatment quality. 5.3 Inspection of appearance and assembly quality
5.3.1 Visual inspection of the appearance of the guide wheel shall be used to check the integrity of the assembly parts; check the flatness and cracks, flash, sand adhesion, scratches and other defects of the surface of the casting, forging, welding and machined parts; check the unevenness, peeling, flow marks and other defects of the paint. 5.3.2 Determination of axial movement: Remove the floating oil seal of the assembly, fix the wheel body, and use a dial indicator to measure the movement of the shaft end. 5.3.3 Determination of the tightening torque of bolts and plugs: First fix the wheel body, and then use a torque wrench with a reading meter to measure. 5.3.4 Leakage inspection: Rotate the wheel body, and pass 0.4MPa pressure air into the oil plug hole. Observe that the pressure gauge pointer does not drop within 30s. 5.3.5 Rotation performance measurement: Rotate the wheel body by hand, and you can feel that it is neither loose nor tight. 5.3.6 Oil cleanliness shall be measured according to the provisions of JB/T7158. 5.4 Service life assessment
Assessment shall be carried out according to the 500h bench test method in JB/T6035, or according to the written certificate of 3 users with time statistics and failure records. The bench test report data or user's written certificate is valid for 4 years. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Each guide wheel shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it is allowed to leave the factory. The factory inspection items include the appearance of the assembly, the integrity of the assembly, the rotation performance of the wheel body, the sealing performance and leakage of the lubricating oil, the tightening torque of the bolts and oil plugs, etc. The inspections of machining quality, bright band hardness, axial movement and oil cleanliness are carried out during the production process. 6.2 Type test
6.2.1 Classification of non-conformities

The feel of the wheel body when rotating does not meet the requirements.

The qualified quality level AQL value of the guide pulley is shown in Table 7. The AQL value in the table is the acceptable quality level per hundred units of products, where Ac represents the qualified judgment number of samples and Re represents the unqualified judgment number of samples. The number of items can be used as the minimum judgment unit during inspection. 7
6.2.3 Sampling plan

6.2.3.1 Sampling inspection is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The sampling plan type selects a normal sampling plan. 6.2.3.2 Inspection level selects general inspection level I. 6.2.3.3 Inspection batch N is usually 16~25 (pieces), but when the user is sampling, N is not limited. Random sampling. 6.2.3.4 Sample size code is C, and the randomly selected sample size n-5 (pieces) should be inspected according to the items listed in Table 6, and at least one piece should be partially cut to measure the hardened layer depth and metallographic structure. The partial cutting test results of this piece represent the results of 5 pieces. 6.2.3.5 Sampling scheme See Table 7.

6.2.4 Evaluation of sampling inspection
Inspect the samples according to the sampling scheme specified in this standard and fill in the results in the summary table (see Table 8). When the number of non-conforming items per hundred items in the sample is less than or equal to Ac, it is judged as qualified; when it is greater than or equal to Re, it is judged as unqualified. When all categories are judged as qualified, the product is finally evaluated as qualified, otherwise it is unqualified, but it is allowed to replace the missing Class B non-conforming items with the excess Class C non-conforming items.

7.2 Packaging and Transportation

7.2.1 The packaging of the assembly can be carried out according to the user's requirements. It should be wrapped with a strong rope, and the exposed part should be coated with grease (butter) to prevent rust8
