Standard regulations, after-sales technical service norms, internal requirements and requirements for off-grid wind power generation system suppliers This standard applies to the after-sales technical services of off-grid wind power generation system suppliers with a rotor swept weight of less than 10m. 2 Normative references
The following documents and clauses become the system of this standard through the date of acceptance. For all references with dates, all amendments (excluding missing contents) and revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, the latest versions of these documents shall apply to all parties who have reached an agreement on this standard. For all references without dates, the latest versions shall apply to this standard. 3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions established in IH17878 are applicable to this standard. 1 Basic principles of after-sales technical service
4! The supplier shall formulate after-sales technical service standards or documents for off-grid wind power generation systems as the service basis for after-sales technical service activities: the technical service standards or documents shall not be lower than the requirements of the corresponding national standards or industry standards. 4.2 The supplier shall have an organization responsible for after-sales technical service and specify its charges. 4.3 The supplier shall have the resources, conditions and conditions to adapt to after-sales technical services: 4.4 The supplier shall establish after-sales technical service files as needed. 5 Basic content of after-sales technical services

6.1 After-sales technical service personnel shall establish a good professional ethics standard. 6.2 After-sales technical service personnel shall have solid business knowledge and high practical experience. 6.3 After-sales technical service personnel shall establish after-sales service files. 7 After-sales technical service methods
