This standard applies to cast wire rope sheaves with sliding bearings (hereinafter referred to as sheaves) within the scope of the movable sheave block of the crane. Sheaves specified in this standard can also be used in other sheaves in wire rope transmission, such as fixed sheaves or other load-bearing parts except the movable sheave block.
2 Types and dimensions
2.1 The types and dimensions of type F sheaves are detailed in Figure 1 and Table 1. Marking example:

To facilitate the installation of the pulley, the axial clearance rate of each side should be specified in the connection structure to be at least 1mm.2 According to design requirements, B size is allowed to change. 2.2 The dimensions of the bushing (T) for F-type pulleys are detailed in Figure 2 and Table 2. Marking example:
