Summary:
JB/T 8854.2—2001 This standard is a revision and merger of JB/T 8854.2—1999 "GⅠCL type, GⅡCL type drum gear coupling" and JB/T 8854.3—1999 "GⅠCLZ type, GⅡCLZ type drum gear coupling". During the revision, technical requirements, test methods and other contents were added; the selection and calculation of couplings were added; and the nominal torque was improved. This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of GⅡCL type and GⅡCLZ type drum gear couplings. This standard is applicable to GⅡCL type and GⅡCLZ type drum gear couplings that connect horizontal two coaxial transmission shaft systems and have a certain angular compensation performance for the relative offset of the two shafts. The working environment temperature is -20℃~80℃, and the nominal torque transmitted is 0.4lkN·m~4500kNm. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: ——ZB J19 013-89, JB/T 8854.2-1999; ——ZB J19 014-89, JB/T 8854.3-1999. This standard is a certification for JR RR54.2-1999GTCL, GCL type outgoing couplings and JB/TBB54.3-1999C, GC type in-line gear couplings.
The main difference between this standard and JD/T8854.2-1999 and JB/T8854.3-1999 in terms of technical content is that GCL type and GICLZ type drum couplings are combined into one standard. The GICL and GICLL types are removed and set as a separate standard; the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage requirements of the CL and G1eLz drum gear couplings are added: the selection and calculation of drum gear couplings are added, the working coefficient of the B coupling is added, and the nominal torque is increased by 15%-20%. This standard is in accordance with Appendix A and Appendix B. Appendix to the standard, this standard replaces JB/T8854.2-1999.RT8854.3-1999 from January 2009. This standard is proposed and drawn up by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Metallurgical Equipment of the Machinery Industry.
