This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of Tang glass frame agitators for sugar glass stirring containers. This standard is applicable to Tang glass open stirring containers with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa, a nominal volume of 50L to 5000L, a medium temperature higher than -20C and lower than or equal to 200C, and a nominal agitator speed of 63 and 80r/min. 2 Reference standards

3 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions
3.1 See Figure 1 and Table 1 for types, basic parameters and main dimensions.3.2 The shaft head of the stirrer is divided into three types: Type I, Type II and Type (Appendix A). Type I shaft head matches Type I of HG/T2052 transmission device for glass equipment, Type II shaft head matches Type II of HG/T2052 transmission device for glass equipment. Type II shaft head matches Type III of HG/T2052 (Appendix A) transmission device for glass equipment. 3.3 The connection type and size of the agitator shaft head. See Figure 2 and Table 2 for Type I shaft heads and Figure 3 and Table 3 for Type II shaft heads. See Figure A1 and Table A1 for Type III shaft heads in Appendix A. Type I shaft heads are used for 50L to 5000L glass open agitator vessels. Type II and Type III shaft heads are used for 50L to 4000L glass open agitator vessels. 4.1 The pipe used for sugar glass stirrer is made of 10 or 15 steel, and is inspected and accepted according to GB8163. 4.2 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of Tang glass stirrer shall be carried out according to the requirements of ZBG94004. 4.3 The shaft head of Tang glass stirrer must be finely processed after glassing. When the stirrer used for packing seal must be straightened after Tang glassing, and the shaft end sealing section shall be ground. The radial total runout of the stirring shaft sealing section is less than or equal to 0.2mm, and the radial round runout of the lower end is less than 0.3%H (H is the distance from the measuring point to the straight rod at the upper end of the shaft) 4.4 The quality classification of Tang glass stirrer shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZBG94007. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The glass stirrer must be wrapped with soft materials and firmly fixed in a wooden box. 5.2 Avoid collision during handling and transportation, and the packaging box must not be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors and is not allowed to be stored or piled in the open air. Type II sugar glass agitator shaft head

A1 This standard is applicable to Type III shaft heads of sugar glass frame agitators with nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa, medium temperature higher than -20 and lower than or equal to 200C, and nominal agitator speed of 63 and 80r/min. A2 This appendix specifies the types and main dimensions of dish-type agitator shaft heads for open mixing containers of 50L to 4000L pond glass. A3 Type III shaft head types, basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Figure A1 and Table A1. A4 Except for the relevant dimensions of the glass agitator with Type III agitator shaft head in this appendix Table A1, the other dimensions are the same as those of the pond glass agitator with Type I agitator shaft head.
