2 Instruments and equipment
2.1 The device can be divided into five parts:wwW.bzxz.Net
Exciter - electrical/mechanical energy transducer, used to excite the resonance of the specimen. Receiver - mechanical/electrical energy transducer, used to receive the resonance signal of the specimen. Driving circuit - provides audio sinusoidal electrical signal. Detection circuit - amplifies and displays the electrical signal from the receiver. Sample holder - place the sample.

2.2Industrial balance: sensitivity 0.1g.

3.1Size: For electrodes with a diameter greater than or equal to 300mm, the sample size is 20mm in diameter and 160mm in length. For electrodes with a diameter less than 300mm, the sample size is 10mm in diameter and 120mm in length. Processing accuracy is ±0.1mm. 3.2Requirements: Parallelism is not greater than 0.1mm/100mm, and smoothness is √6. There are no visible cracks or flaws on the sample surface. 3.3Sampling position: Take a piece of bad material parallel to the extrusion direction at the center of the end of the electrode to be tested and process it into a sample. 3.4 Quantity: Take 6 electrodes per furnace (two electrodes are taken from the middle and two ends of the furnace core). 4 Test steps
4.1 The sample must be baked in a drying oven at 110℃ for 2 hours and stored in a desiccator to cool to room temperature for use. 4.2 Measure the diameter, length and mass of the sample. Diameter measurement requires measuring three places along the axis of the sample, measuring each place twice, and the corresponding diameters of the two times are perpendicular to each other. Average the six measured data. Calculate the ratio of diameter to length, and determine the correction factor Cr according to this ratio. 4.3 Turn on all instruments, preheat for 30 minutes, and use known stainless steel standards to identify whether the sensitivity and stability of the instruments are normal. 4.4 Carefully hang (place) the sample on the bracket, change the output frequency of the audio signal, make the sample resonate at the fundamental frequency, record the resonant frequency, then rotate the sample 90° around the axis and re-measure it, and take the average of the two measurements. 5 Calculation formula
The elastic modulus E (kg/cm2) of the sample is calculated as follows: accurate to one decimal place.
