3 Product Classification
3.1 Product Model
Compile product models according to the provisions of QB1563. 3.2 Product Varieties and Specifications
According to different weighing ranges and applicable objects, the varieties and specifications of body scales are divided into general body scales mainly suitable for adults (maximum weighing 100-150kg), special body scales suitable for children (maximum weighing 50-60kg), and special body scales suitable for infants and young children (maximum weighing 8-10 kg).
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Weighing Accuracy
4.1.1 Basic Parameters of Weighing Accuracy Grade

4.1.5 Accuracy of weighing with load
The permissible error of weighing accuracy for any load from the empty scale to the maximum weighing shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2. 4.1.6 Accuracy of weighing with unloaded load
When the load is unloaded to the maximum weighing and the empty scale, the permissible error of weighing accuracy shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2. 4.2 Sensitivity
4.2.1 Pointer scale: Add a code of the actual scale value d on the load-bearing plate. The pointer displacement is not less than 4/5 of the scale value. 4.2.2 Bowl scale: Add a brick code of the absolute value of the allowable error of the weighing accuracy on the load-bearing plate. The displacement of the balance indication of the measuring lever is not less than 3 mm.
4.3 Repeatability
The difference between any two weighing indications of the same load is not greater than the absolute value of the allowable error of the weighing accuracy of the load. 4.4 Maximum safe load (Lim)
The maximum safe load is 125% of the maximum weighing. 4.5 Knife, knife bearing, wear-reducing plate, baffle
4.5.1 The hardness of the working parts of the knife and wear-reducing plate is HRC53~~62; the hardness of the working parts of the knife bearing and baffle is HRC62~66. 4.5.2 The contact length between the blade and the knife bearing is not less than 2/3 of the fitting length, and there should be no gap at both ends. 4.6 Indicator
4.6.1 The actual graduation value d must be selected from 1×10*, 2×10* or 5×10* (k is a positive integer, a negative integer or zero).
4.6.2 The center distance between adjacent graduation lines shall not be less than 1.5mm, and the graduation line width shall be 0.1~0.25 graduation spacing. 4.6.3 The width of the end of the reading pointer (or the scale mark on the transparent reading window) shall not be greater than the graduation line width. 4.6.4 The reading pointer shall be able to cover more than 1/2 of the length of the shortest graduation line. 4.6.5 The distance between the pointer and the dial shall not be greater than 3mm. 4.7 Zeroing device

4.8 Measuring lever

4.8.2 The longitudinal displacement of the support and key knife bearings shall not exceed 1mm. 4.9 Measuring springs
The fatigue life of the measuring spring shall not be less than 105 times. 4.10 Oxidized parts
The color of the oxidized parts shall be uniform and no spots are allowed. 4.11 Electroplated parts
The color of the coating shall be uniform and no defects such as bubbles, spots, exposed bottom and scratches are allowed. 4.12 Painted parts
The color of the paint film shall be uniform and no defects such as paint leakage, wrinkles, scratches and shedding are allowed. 5 Inspection methods
5.1 The quality standards used for calibration and inspection are grade 5 and grade 51. 5.2 Empty scale variability inspection
5.2.1 Inspection of pointer scale
5.2.1.1 Press the load-bearing plate to make the pointer swing. 5.2.1.2 Move the load-bearing plate along the load-bearing lever key knife longitudinally and smoothly to the limit position one by one. 5.2.2 Inspection of bowl scale
5.2.2.1 Lift or press down the metering lever to make it swing evenly, and the distance from the upper and lower sight gauge frames in the first cycle shall not exceed 1 mm. 5.2.2.2 After pushing the force point end (indicating end) of the metering lever to either side of the sight gauge, the metering lever can be reset, and the deviation from the center line of the sight gauge shall not exceed 5 mm.
5.2.2.3 Move the metering lever along the support, weight and force point knife longitudinally and evenly to the limit position one by one, and the swing amplitude of the metering lever after movement shall not exceed 2 mm from the upper and lower frames of the sight gauge.
5.2.2.4 Move the large swimming bowl along the metering lever 3 times, and return the swimming bowl to the zero position slot after each movement. Note: ① After the empty scale variability inspection, it is allowed to readjust the zero position. ② The human scale in use is not subject to the test of 5.2.2.3. 5.3 Offset weighing accuracy test
Place the weights approximately equal to 1/3 of the maximum weighing capacity in the off-set position as shown in Figure 1 one by one. If the two supporting points are too close, load them as shown in Figure 2.
5.4 Sensitivity test
Test the sensitivity on the empty scale and at the maximum weighing capacity. 5.5 Loading weighing accuracy test
5.5.1 The pointer human scale is tested at not less than 5 points evenly distributed between zero and the maximum weighing capacity, of which the maximum weighing capacity must be tested. 193
5.5.2 The bowl scale is tested according to the following items.

a. All the graduation notch values of the measuring lever are tested one by one; b. The measuring lever without graduation notch shall check the weighing point with the maximum indication; C. The weighing point with the maximum weighing capacity and the change of the allowable error value must be checked. 5.6 Unloaded weighing accuracy test
Add a load exceeding the maximum weighing capacity on the load-bearing plate (board), and then reduce the load to the maximum weighing capacity and empty scale. 5.7 Repeatability test
Repeat the loading test 3 times with a load of about 1/3 of the maximum weighing capacity. It is allowed to adjust the zero position before each loading. 5.8 Maximum safety load test

Put a weight of 125% of the maximum weighing capacity on the load-bearing plate (plate) and apply static pressure for 1 minute. The parts of the scale shall not be damaged and the measurement performance shall not be permanently reduced.
5.9 The inspection of the knife, knife bearing, wear-reducing plate and baffle shall be tested for hardness with a Rockwell hardness tester in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230. 5.10 Inspection of metering springs
The fatigue life of the metering spring shall be tested with a fatigue testing machine, so that the spring bears the working limit load and then unloads, and the test is repeated 105 times. 5.11 Inspection of oxidized parts, electroplated parts and painted parts. The appearance inspection shall be visually inspected.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and relevant regulations before they can be shipped out of the factory. 6.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type test. 6.2.1
The factory inspection items are in accordance with Articles 5.1 to 5.8. Except for Articles 5.7 and 5.8, which can be sampled, the rest are mandatory inspection items for each product. Type inspection includes all inspection items of technical requirements and test methods. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; when there are major changes in design, process, materials, etc. in daily production, the product is continuously produced, not less than once a year; d. The product is discontinued for half a year before being produced again;
The national quality supervision agency puts forward the requirement for type inspection. 6.2.3 Type inspection rules
The sample is randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection, and then 3 units are randomly selected from the 10 units. One unit is randomly inspected. If it is qualified, it is considered as a batch qualified; otherwise, the remaining 2 units are inspected, and only when both units are qualified can it be considered as a batch qualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
The human scale should be marked with: product name, model, trademark or manufacturer name, accuracy level symbol, maximum weighing capacity, minimum weighing capacity, calibration scale value, license mark (number), product factory number and date. 7.2 Packaging marking
7.2.1 Set up signs and labels according to the requirements of GB191 and GB/T6388. 7.2.2 The appearance of the packaging box should be marked with: product name, model, trademark or manufacturer name, license mark (number), gross weight, packaging volume, number of units per package, and date of sale.
7.3 Product packaging
7.3.1 When the product is packaged, the movable parts should be firmly positioned. 7.3.2 The product should be effectively positioned in the packaging box and must not move or be damaged in the box. 194
7.3.3 Effective moisture-proof measures should be taken.

7.5 Transportation

During transportation and loading and unloading, it is strictly forbidden to throw, move, or damage the equipment. Prevent it from rain. 7.6 Storage
