At present, there is no unified industry standard for offset rubber blanket in China: In order to meet the needs, this industry standard is specially formulated. The flatness of the rubber blanket in the standard is equivalent to the requirements of the German industrial standard DIN166211991 "Concepts, requirements, tests and marks for printing rubber sheets for offset printing"; the warp and weft length deviation and diagonal length deviation and constant load elongation of the single-speed rubber blanket are equivalent to the relevant provisions of the draft international standard ISO/TC 130 N131 "Conditions of use, test methods and instructions for marks of offset rubber blanket". The tests of inter-layer adhesion strength, warp tensile strength and elongation at break of the rubber blanket are all in accordance with the relevant national standards that have been published. The industry standard implements the appendix A and appendix B of this standard as the appendix of the standard. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is issued by Xiyang Rubber Industrial Products Research Institute. The drafting unit of this standard is Hubei Changzhong South Rubber Group Co., Ltd. The drafters of this standard are Liu Dinghong, Cui Gaoxun and Liu Yongchun. This standard is published for the first time. bzxZ.net

This standard specifies the product structure, specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product packaging and storage and transportation requirements of ordinary offset rubber blanket (hereinafter referred to as rubber blanket).
This standard is suitable for printing speed of 10 000 Ordinary offset rubber blanket for sheet-fed offset printing machines with a speed of less than 1/h. 2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. The maximum difference in thickness within a single piece of rubber blanket specification. 4 Structure
The structure of the rubber blanket shown in Figure 1. Fabric is made of a layer of surface adhesive and multiple layers of fabric adhesive.
