Summary:
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mica sheets for electric heating equipment. This standard applies to hard mica sheets made of mica paper as the base material and bonded with a suitable adhesive. The adhesive may escape completely during the application process and become a material that requires support; it may also be retained in whole or in part and become a self-supporting material. In this case, the adhesive must be able to withstand the operating temperature. Some standard content:
GB/T5022—1998
This standard is equivalent to IEC publication 371-3-3 (1983 Edition 1) Specification for mica insulating materials Part 3: Specification for individual materials Part 3: Specification for hard mica materials for heating equipment, and is a revision of GB/T5022—1985 Mica sheets for electric heating equipment. In IEC371-3-3, 1983, the products are divided into six types according to the different types of mica substrates and adhesives used in the products. In view of the actual situation that there are only two types of domestic products at present, namely, mica sheets for electric heating equipment manufactured with muscovite paper and silicone resin adhesive paint, and mica sheets for electric heating equipment manufactured with phlogopite paper and silicone resin adhesive paint, two types of products corresponding to the HP5 type products in the EC371-3-3, 1983 standard are listed in the revision of this standard. The product models are compiled in accordance with the classification, naming and model compilation method of JH/T2197-1996 electrical insulating material products. HP5 (5660-1) is manufactured with muscovite paper as the base material and silicone resin adhesive paint. HP5 (5660-3) is manufactured with phlogopite paper as the base material and silicone resin adhesive paint. In addition, according to the actual level of domestic products, the density index value is adjusted from (1.6~2.1) g/cm2 specified in the IEC 371-3-3, 1983 standard to (1.6~2.45)/cm2. The index values of other index items are consistent with the provisions of IEC371-3-3:1983.
According to the principle of "adopting certain provisions of international standards and foreign advanced standards in the text of machinery industry standards", this revision of the standard strives to correspond to and coordinate with international standards, and cancels the four index items of "delamination rate", "volume resistivity", "high temperature insulation resistance" and "heating loss" in the original GB/T 5022-1985 standard. This standard was first issued in March 1985 and revised for the first time in December 1998. This standard will be implemented from October 1, 1999. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace GB/T5022-1985. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulation Materials. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is: Mica Insulation Material Factory of Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. The participating units of this standard are: Muxing Insulation Material Factory and Hengyang Insulation Material General Factory. The main drafter of this standard is Li Yuanzhang.
This standard is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials for interpretation. GB/T5022—1998
IEC Foreword
1] IEC formal resolutions or agreements on technical issues are formulated by technical committees composed of representatives of national committees that are particularly concerned with these technical issues, and express international consensus on the issues studied as much as possible. 2) These resolutions or agreements are recommended for international use and are accepted by national committees in this sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, IEC hopes that national committees should adopt the text of IEC recommended standards as their national standards within the scope of their national conditions. Any differences between IEC recommended standards and corresponding national standards should be clearly pointed out in the corresponding national standards as much as possible.
4) IEC has never established any marking procedures to indicate its approval, nor is it responsible for any claim that a certain equipment is in accordance with IEC recommended standards.
This standard was prepared by IEC Technical Committee 15\Insulating Materials\, Subcommittee 15C "Specifications". The initial draft of this standard was discussed at the Madrid Conference in 1980. Based on the results of the discussion at this conference, the document No. 15C (Central Office) 135 was submitted to the National Committees for approval in May 1981 according to the June Rule. This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mica boards for electric heating equipment. This standard applies to rigid mica boards made of mica paper as the base material and bonded with suitable adhesives. The adhesive may escape completely during the application process and become a material that requires support; it may also be retained in whole or in part and become a self-supporting material. In this case, the adhesive must be able to withstand the operating temperature. 2 Referenced standards
