3.1 Product type

4 Technical requirements

4.1 Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. At the same time, they shall also comply with the requirements of QB/T1702.1.
4.2 All purchased parts and raw materials shall have the inspection certificate or quality assurance certificate of the supplier. If there is no certificate or quality assurance certificate, the manufacturer shall inspect the purchased parts and raw materials and only qualified ones can be used. 4.3 The basic technical requirements of the whole machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.4 The insulation resistance shall not be less than 2MQ, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 0.2Q4.5 The welding of parts and products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.1. 4.6 The mechanical processing of parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.2. 4.7 The assembly of products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.3. The sprockets on the same transmission shaft must be in the same position, and the chains driven must be closely aligned.
4.8 The paint shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. 4.9
The no-load noise shall not be greater than 85dB(A).
Test method
5.1 Conveying capacity
Use a stopwatch with a graduation value of 0.1 s to measure the time required to convey 1 t of material, and then convert it into 1 h of conveying capacity, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.2 Electric power consumption
Measured by a three-phase power meter with an accuracy of 0.5 level, the value shall not be greater than the provisions of the installed capacity in Table 1. 5.3 Insulation resistance, grounding resistance
Measure the insulation resistance between the motor output terminal and the housing with a 500V megohmmeter with an accuracy of 1.0 level, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4; between the machine grounding terminal and the housing, measure the grounding resistance with a digital micro-ohmmeter with an accuracy of ±0.001Ω, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4.
5.4 Noise
Tested by a sound level meter with an accuracy of ±1dB in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ50004, the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.9. 5.5 Other items shall be inspected by conventional methods such as visual inspection, listening, and touching. 6 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Inspection must be carried out before the product leaves the factory. 6.1.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, etc. according to the product drawings, technical documents and the requirements of 4.1~4.9 approved by the prescribed procedures.

6.1.3 Products may leave the factory only after they have passed the inspection and shall be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the products. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances. a.
After the trial production of new products is completed or the old products are transferred to the factory for production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes after formal production, which may affect the product performance; once every three years during normal production;
When the product is suspended for a long time and resumes production;
When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection. Type inspection shall be conducted by randomly selecting one unit from the qualified products after factory inspection, and the inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. 6.2.2
Type inspection shall be conducted in the user unit.
6.2.3 Judgment rules
If the type inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
According to the provisions of Chapter 8 of QB/T1702.1.
