3 Personnel qualifications
Personnel engaged in radiographic film assessment must hold a qualification certificate of level 2 or above issued by the relevant national competent authorities and suitable for their work.
4 Requirements for negative film
4.1 The preparation of negative film shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ04004. 4.2 The image quality meter used for negative film photography shall comply with the provisions of GB5618, and the minimum aluminum wire diameter required to be displayed is shown in the following table. mm

>6~8
Group A classification is applicable to castings with a transillumination thickness of less than 13mm. Group B classification is applicable to castings with a transillumination thickness of 13~50 mm. Note: The thickness of the standard sample of Group A is 6mm, and the thickness of the standard sample of Group B is 20mm. 5.2Group A is divided into 8 grades, see classification diagram 1.
Group B is divided into 8 levels, see classification diagram 2.

6 Assessment rules
GB 11346-89
6.1 Take the area with the most serious pinhole (circular) defect on the X-ray film of the casting and assess it according to the provisions of Chapter 5. 6.2 When the pinhole (circular) defect shown on the X-ray film of the casting is between two adjacent levels, assess it according to the severity level. 7 Film evaluation result record
The film evaluation result record shall at least include: casting drawing number, film number, assessed pinhole (circular) grade, film evaluation personnel signature and film evaluation date.
