Some standard content:
QB/T 2194-1996
This standard adopts the former Soviet Union's "OCT3436--1969 "Fiber Paper Base Paper" in a non-equivalent manner. This standard replaces QB550-1981 "Fiber Paper Base Paper", and divides the original standard's five product numbers into Type 1, Type I, and Type II according to their uses, and adds some content such as inspection rules.
This standard implements (50±2)%rh., (23±1)℃ test atmospheric conditions. This standard was proposed by the Food Papermaking Department of the China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Papermaking Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Mudanjiang Hongqi Paper Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Guan Shengjin, Liu Yuqin. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry Standard QB550-1981 "Fiber Paper Base Paper" will be invalid. 383
