Summary:
This standard specifies the types and basic parameters of electric hoist gantry cranes. This standard is applicable to cranes with working levels A2~A5, the lifting mechanism (electric hoist) trolley runs on the lower flange of the main beam, and its retrieval device hook, grab bucket or electromagnetic suction cup. This standard does not apply to cranes that work in flammable, explosive and corrosive gas environments and lift hot items above 300°C and other dangerous items. JB/T 5663.1--91|| tt||This standard specifies the type and basic parameters of electric hoist gantry cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes). This standard is applicable to cranes with working levels A2 to A5, the lifting mechanism (electric hoist) trolley runs on the lower flange of the main beam, and the retrieval device is a hook, grab bucket or electromagnetic suction cup. This standard does not apply to cranes working in environments with flammable, explosive and corrosive gases and lifting hot items above 300C and other dangerous items.

3 types
3.1 Basic types of cranes According to its retrieval device, it is divided into: a.
Electric hoist hook gantry crane, code-named MH; Electric hoist grab gantry crane, code-named MHZ; Electric hoist electromagnetic gantry crane Crane, codenamed MHC. 3.2 The crane mast can adopt no-cantilever, single-cantilever or double-cantilever structure. The main beam generally adopts box, truss or combined main beam structure. The outriggers adopt double rigid outriggers, and when the span is large, one rigid outrigger and one flexible outrigger can also be used. 3.3 Commonly used cranes are shown in the figure:
