Summary:
This standard specifies the method of using hydrochloric acid to dissolve the sample, washing, filtering and burning, and then using the gravimetric method to determine the content of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter in rubber antioxidants and vulcanization accelerators. This standard is applicable to the determination of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter in solid rubber antioxidants and vulcanization accelerators, and is also applicable to the determination of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter in plastic antioxidants. Some standard content:
GB/T11409.9—2003
This standard is equivalent to the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K6220:1995 "Test Methods for Rubber Compounds" 6.13\Hydrochloric Acid Insolubles", which is revised from the national standard GB/T11409.9--1989 "Determination of Hydrochloric Acid Insolubles in Rubber Antiaging Agents and Vulcanization Accelerators". The main technical differences between this standard and JIS K6220:1995 are: the addition of the accuracy of weighing the sample, the cooling temperature of the sample after heating and dissolving with hydrochloric acid, the ashing time of the sample, and the burning to constant weight. The various provisions of this standard are more detailed than those of the Japanese Industrial Standard. The main technical differences between this standard and GB/T11409.9-1989 are: the addition of the content of the referenced standard content; "wash the residue with sufficient distilled water" is changed to "wash the residue with hot water", and the provisions for laboratory water and numerical rounding are added. This standard will replace GB/T11409.9-1989 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the former State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. This standard was prepared by the Chemical Additives Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Rubber Products. The main drafting unit of this standard: Shanxi Chemical Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard: Bai Runling.
This standard was first issued on March 27, 1989. 104

3 Reagents
3.1 Distilled water: in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6682 Grade 3 water. 3.2 Hydrochloric acid (GB/T622): 1+1.
4 Instruments
4.1 Glass funnel.
4.2 Porcelain: 30mL.
4.3 High temperature furnace.
5 Determination step
Weigh 5g~10g of the sample (if the sample is not easily soluble in hydrochloric acid, take 2g~5g, accurate to 0.1g) and place it in a 100ml beaker, moisten it with a small amount of water, add 50mL of hydrochloric acid (3.2), heat it on an electric furnace until it is slightly boiling, and maintain it for 30min under constant stirring to fully dissolve the sample. After cooling to below 50℃, filter it with ash-free medium-speed filter paper, and wash the residue with hot water. Then transfer the residue and filter paper to a constant-weight crucible, half-open the cover and gradually heat it on an electric furnace to carbonize it completely, then put it in a high-temperature furnace for ash 2h~3h, take it out, move it into a dryer, cool it to room temperature and weigh it. Then transfer the crucible to a high-temperature furnace and burn it for 30min, take it out and weigh it after cooling, and repeat the operation until the mass is constant.
Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on January 10, 2003, implemented on July 1, 2003
Expression of analysis results
GB/T11409.9--2003
The content of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter is expressed as mass fraction (%) and calculated according to formula (1): w(%) = mi -m2
2 X 100................
Wherein:
Mass fraction of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter, %;
Total mass of the crucible and hydrochloric acid insoluble matter, g;bZxz.net
Mass of the crucible, g;
Mass of the sample, g.
The arithmetic mean of the two measured values is taken as the measurement result. 106
