Summary:
This standard specifies the method for determining the anti-skid property of anti-skid deck paint. It is evaluated by measuring the load mass required for a slider to start sliding on the paint film. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the initial slip resistance of anti-skid deck paints applied on metal plates. This standard specifies the method for determining the slip resistance of antislip deck paint. The evaluation is carried out by measuring the load mass required for a slider to start sliding on the paint film.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the initial slip resistance of antislip deck paint applied on metal plates. 2 Referenced standards

GB176 Method for preparing paint films for determining resistance to moisture and heat, resistance to salt fall and resistance to weathering (human 1. speed) 3 Instruments
The slip test device is shown in the figure. +The conveyor belt, slider, wire rope, pulley and water container are composed. ZZ
Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the sliding test device
1 Sample, 2-Special conveyor; 3 Slider, 1 Steel wire rope, 5-Pulley, 6 Container 3.f On a 100mm×50mm×11mm conveyor belt that meets GB523↓NN-200×5p×(4.5+1.5)), place the steel slider. The total mass of the conveyor belt and slider is 20kg. 3.2 A container that can hold at least 30L of water (about 3!kg). The load is gradually increased by adding water. When adding water, the water flow rate should be constant (300±15g/s). 3.3 Use a wire rope to connect the slider and the wearer specified in 3.2 through the cruise ship. 4 Preparation of test specimens
Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 19, 1988, and implemented on January 1, 1988
One sample is tested with two specimens. 4.1 Base
GB @263-88
Base 500mm×300mm×1.5mm steel plate. Its surface is carried out in accordance with Chapter 2 of GB176511. 4.2 Preparation of specimens
Carry out in accordance with the coating process regulations in the product instructions. Unless otherwise specified, after the last coat of paint is applied, the specimen should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of 50%±5% for seven days before starting the test. 5 Test
5.1 Test conditions
Temperature is 23±2℃, relative humidity is 50%±5%. 5.2 Test procedure
E.2.1 Place the sample (painted surface facing upward) on the slip tester and fix it. 5.2.2 Place the slider and conveyor belt on sample F and place them in the position shown in Figure 2. Yuan Xiaolie block
Figure 2 Position of the block on sample 1
WGB9263-88
5.2.3 Gradually increase the container load by adding water until the slider starts to slide continuously and record the load mass. 5.2.4 Perform the test once at six different locations on a sample (three longitudinal and three transverse locations, all without repeating). Then, repeat the same test on another sample 1. 6 Presentation of results
6.1 Record the mass (container + water) required for the slider to start sliding continuously, in grams, accurate to 0.5kg. 6.2 Take the arithmetic mean of the values measured in the longitudinal and transverse directions for each sample (two in total). 6.3 Estimate the two smallest values of the four values obtained from the two samples and then take the average value as the final test result. 7 Test report
Name, model, batch number, manufacturer name and production date of the tested product. 1.1
7.2 Preparation of paint film and its drying conditions.
7.3 Total thickness of paint film.
Test results (hereinafter referred to as points)
Indicate any differences from the test conditions and operations specified in this standard. 7.5
Additional remarks:
This standard is from the China National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paints and Materials (11). This standard was drafted by Qingdao Paint Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Liu Sumei, Zhou Huishu and Sun Li. This standard adopts NF517-095 (1977) "Determination of anti-skid ability of ship paint". 589
