4.4 It is prohibited to mix imported waste plastics with entrained waste whose leachate pH value is equal to or greater than 12.5 and equal to or less than 2. 4.5 Radioactive waste is prohibited from being included in imported waste plastics. 4.6 The external penetration radiation value of imported waste plastics shall not exceed 3 times the local natural background radiation value, the α surface pollution level inspection value shall not exceed 0.04Bq/cm, and the β surface pollution level inspection value shall not exceed 0.4Bq/cm. 4.7 The total weight of the following wastes contained in imported waste plastics shall not exceed one ten thousandth of the weight of imported waste plastics: a) pesticide waste and other chemical wastes and their contents; b) various liquid wastes;
c) Kitchen waste, bathroom waste;
d) closed containers and used complete plastic containers, etc. 4.8 In addition to the wastes listed in the above articles, the total weight of other entrained wastes (such as waste wood chips, scrap metal, waste fabrics, waste glass, thermosetting plastics, composite plastics, waste rubber, soil and sand, etc.) shall not exceed the weight of imported waste plastics. thousandth. 5 Inspection
