This part is proposed by the Public Security Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security. This part is under the jurisdiction of the Computer and Information Processing Standardization Committee of the Ministry of Public Security GA/T556.10—2007

This part of GA/T556 specifies the encoding rules for security facility certificates. This part is applicable to the construction of financial public security management information systems. 2 Normative references

GB/T2260 Administrative Division Code of the People's Republic of China GA/T556.4 Financial Security Management Information Code Part 4: Financial Unit Category Code 3 Security Facility Certificate Coding Rules
The security facility certificate code consists of 3 Chinese characters and 12 digits. The meaning of this code is: a) The first Chinese character represents the abbreviation of the province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government) where the financial unit is located; b)
The second to third Chinese characters are "公發" (publicly issued); c) The first to sixth digits represent the province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government), city (region, league), district (county, banner) where the financial unit is located, in accordance with the provisions of the administrative division code in GB/T2260; the seventh to eighth digits represent the category code of the financial unit, in accordance with the provisions of GA/T556.4; d)
e) The ninth to twelfth digits are the serial numbers of the issuance of safety and security facility certificates in each district (county, banner). The structure of the code is as follows:
