Some standard content:
GB/T335—2002
This standard is based on the International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) Recommendation R76-1 "Non-automatic weighing instruments" (1992 edition) and is a combined revision of the four standards GB/T335-1985 "TGT type platform scale", GB/T336-1985 "AGT type case scale", GB/T5037-1994 "Fixed beam scale" and QB/T1075-1991 "Beam type floor scale". This standard is equivalent to the technical content of non-self-indicating scales in R76-1 "Non-automatic weighing instruments", and adds relevant content such as product classification in combination with the relevant regulations of relevant national and industrial standards. This standard is equivalent to OIML R76-1 "Non-automatic weighing instruments" (1992 edition) to improve the quality and technical level of my country's non-self-indicating products, so that they can be connected with similar international products and promote international trade and economic and technological exchanges. Compared with GB/T 335-1985, GB/T 336-1985, GB/T5037-1994 and QB/T1075-1991, the main changes of this standard are:
The name of the standard is changed from the original national standard name to "Non-automatic Guide" in accordance with GB/T14250-1993 "Terms of Standardization", and
- In accordance with GB/T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Rules for Drafting and Presentation of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Writing", the international recommendation OIML foreword is retained, and the foreword of this standard is added. In accordance with the requirements of the "Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Product Standard Number" content is added to the product mark. The technical contents of the chapters such as the requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for standard promotion are revised in accordance with OIMLR76-1. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former national standards GB/T335-1985, GB/T336-1985, GB/T5037-1994 and the industry standard QB/T1075-1991 issued by the former State Bureau of Light Industry shall be abolished. This standard is proposed by China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Height Measurement. The drafting unit of this standard is Tianjin Hengqun Company. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Shuling, Gao Guolu, Zhang Zhencang and Yang Jinyao. 9

OIML Foreword
The International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML) is a worldwide, intergovernmental organization whose main task is to coordinate various procedures and metrological management applicable to the metrological institutions or relevant organizations of each member country. There are two main types of OIML publications:
1) International recommendations (OIML R), which are typical procedures for determining the metrological characteristics of measuring instruments, specifying measurement methods and testing equipment. OIML member countries should implement these international recommendations as much as possible. 2) International documents (OIMLD), which are essentially information provided to improve and promote the work of various measurement units. OIML recommendations and documents are jointly formulated by committees and branches composed of member countries and relevant international and regional organizations. The cooperation between OIMI and certain organizations, such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), is mainly aimed at avoiding conflicts between some technical requirements, so that manufacturers, users and testing laboratories of measuring instruments can apply publications of OIML and other organizations at the same time.
International recommendations and international documents are published in French (P) and English (E) and revised regularly. OIMI publications may be obtained from the International Bureau of Legal Metrology, 1, rue Tuegot - 75009 Paris, France. Tel: 33 (0) 148781282 and 42852711 Fax: 33 (0) 142821727 OIMLR 76-1, 1992 (E) edition and OIMLR 76-2, 1992 (E) edition were prepared by the "Nordic Working Group" of the Working Group "SP7\Quality Measurement" on SP7-Sr4 Non-automatic Weighing and Weighing Instruments, and supplemented with SP7, Annex.A. and the Type Appraisal Report (R76-2). The final text was approved by the International Legal Committee in 1991 and submitted to the Conference of Representatives on Legal Metrology for formal approval in 1992, replacing the 1988 edition.
