Qualified products
According to the following method in GB11409.5. The standard sieve (GB6003) specification is $200mm×50mm/0.850mm. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The vulcanization accelerator TETD should be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer, and each batch of products leaving the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format.
5.2 The vulcanization accelerator TETD is a batch of uniform products per packaging. 5.3 The user has the right to inspect and accept the received products in accordance with this standard. 5.4 Sampling method
5.4.1 Take the sample unit according to Table 2 in GB6678. 5.4.2 Use the random sampling method to take equal samples from the upper, middle and lower parts of the bag (barrel) with a sampling tube and put them in a clean plate. 5.4.3 After finely mixing the sample, take out no less than 300g by quartering and put them into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles. The bottle mouth is sealed and marked with: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date. One bottle is sent to the quality supervision and inspection department for inspection, and the other bottle is stored in a dark place for re-inspection. The shelf life is three months. 5.5 If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from two times the packaging bags (barrels) for re-inspection. If the re-inspection results still do not meet the standards, the batch of products will be downgraded or rejected. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have objections to product quality and require arbitration, the two parties can negotiate to select a testing agency and conduct arbitration and analysis in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
6.1 Marking
Each bag (barrel) should be marked with the manufacturer name, product name, trademark, grade, this standard number, batch number, net weight, and production date in a conspicuous position. 6.2 Packaging
6.2.1 Vulcanization accelerator TETD should be packed in bags (barrels), polypropylene or polyethylene woven bags, lined with polyethylene bags, and the net weight of each bag (barrel) is 20±0.1kg, 25±0.1kg or 40±0.1kg, etc. 6.2.2 Each batch of packaged finished bags (barrels) should be accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes the manufacturer's name, product name, grade, net weight, ex-factory date and this standard number. 6.3 Transportation
During transportation, it should be protected from rain and moisture, and should be handled with care during loading and unloading to avoid damage to the packaging (barrel). 6.4 Storage
6.4.1 The product should be stored in a dry warehouse, and should be more than 0.5m away from the wall; it should not be placed near the upper and lower sewers and heating equipment to avoid mixing or deterioration. This product is flammable and must not be placed near fire. 6.4.2 The storage period of vulcanization accelerator TETD is 1 year. It can still be used after passing the inspection after exceeding the storage period. Precautions for use
