The standard specifies the equipment for measuring the thermal loss of graphite sheets, the sample preparation method, the test steps and the calculation of the test results. This standard is not applicable to the determination of the thermal loss of flexible graphite sheets. 2 Method Summary
The dried sample is burned in a furnace at 450 or 60°C for 1 hour, and the percentage of thermal weight loss is calculated by the largest weight loss box. 3 Instruments and equipment

4 Sample requirements and preparation
4.! The sample of the plate to be inspected shall not be less than , and its surface shall be free of dust and oil pollution. 4.2 Take a small solid point sample equidistantly along the diagonal force direction of the plate to be inspected, and its total weight shall not be less than 40. Use four to sort a sample into two parts, one for the sample and the other for the reserved sample. 4.3 Cut the sample into pieces with scissors, use a 12-mesh standard sieve to remove the fine particles that pass the 32-mesh standard sieve. 4.4 Dry the prepared sample in an oven at 105-110℃, and cool it in a refiner for use. 5 Test stepsbZxz.net
5.1450% heat loss test step
Weigh 1-1.2g (accurate to 0.0002) of the sample and place it in a muffle furnace pre-burned at 800℃. To a constant weight of porcelain square, place in a muffle furnace of 450T±10T, close the furnace door and burn for 1h, take out, cool for [.-2min, move to a desiccator and cool for 30min, weigh.
5.2 The test procedure for heat loss at 600°C is the same as 5.1, except that the test temperature is 60+0.05°C. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on June 28, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000
